Ordered food on the app to make this a quick trip.
We had just left labor and delivery, we were in a hurry to get back to our other kids who are an hour away.
Let me make this very clear step for step . she brought our food out , handed it to us .
Then proceeded to say you owe $17 and some change, reached into our car and took our food when I said no we don’t I paid in the app. “Ima need that back”
Pulled up the recipt showed her , she immediately argued with me. As she held our PAID FOR order.
I pulled out my phone and showed her the charge from my bank account, she then proceeded to come around to my side of the vehicle after I handed my husband the phone to show her, I’m confident she came over there just to argue. Because she would not listen …. The situation escalated into something so embarrassing due to her behavior and lack of listening skills.
Then she took it upon herself to attempt to scroll thru our bank account, two times I said please don’t touch, please stop. I was kind enough to show her the charge was in fact taken from our card. Then when I saw we weren’t getting thru to her I asked if she could get the manager “eyes were rolled at me yes I’ll get our general manager to deal with you”
She didn’t she started yelling at me , not the other way around , crying and telling me how mean I was . SMH calling me names then accused me of being “vicious” ….. maam just give me my food.
I then pulled up the receipt AGAIN, and said it’s paid (because it was) so I didn’t have to sit and deal with this ….
I very calmly asked her to get the manager , AGAIN. she proceeded to cry and talk about her life …instead of just looking at the receipt and giving us our food.
The girl took our food we PAID for and argued with me for a good 10minutes.
I yelled at the other girl at the door”get the manager”
So I didn’t have to sit and fight over food I paid for any longer.
He came over listened and said “ You’re good” handed us our now cold food and we left . Very kind , very polite, handled like an adult. It was at fault of their own my app and my bank acc match.
RIDICULOUS, she needs fired or taught better people skills.
Treating customers like this should not be tolerated at all.
Made herself a victim of a situation she created when in reality she took things that were not hers, tryed to touch my personal property. Let’s be real here.

I just went through the drive thru and ordered the pickle meal no lettuce with extra side and drink. They got my order right, it was hot and fresh and delicious! Hit the spot! Very satisfied.

The General Manager, Jennifer is amazing. I had an issue with an order and she was so professional and courteous when it came to solving the issue. What would have been a 1 star was immediately turned to a 5 just because of her and her willingness to help. Thank you.

Ordered a number 5 with mustard no onions and no pickles, was cut off in the middle of saying no pickles and was told “it doesn’t come with onions”. Then I ordered 2 small Oreo blasts was asked what sizes and I told them again both small. 4 vehicles pull up around me, get their food and leave. I sit there for 15 mins before hitting the button again to make sure it’s still coming. 10 seconds later our food comes out with one Oreo blast instead of two and it has ice cream running down the entire outside of the cup dripping on me and my seat. I asked for napkins to wipe it down and was told by the kid that brought it to me that he didn’t make it. I just handed it back and said forget it I’m out of here. Halfway home my son bites into the burger and it is full of onions. We have had a few other small incidents but figured since they are new and it’ll get better but no, I’ll never come here again.

I was really disappointed with my recent order. The food arrived cold and was clearly not up to standard. On top of that, I ordered chicken tenders and was given a chicken patty instead, which wasn't even mentioned as a substitution. It felt lazy and misleading. The overall quality was poor the food lacked flavor, freshness, and care. When you're paying for a meal, basic things like correct items and proper temperature should be a given. This experience was a letdown, and I'd be hesitant to order again unless there are major improvements.

Extremely inconsistent service with long waits and wrong food 45% of the time. The kids in the kitchen seem to be trying their best, but obviously the management doesn't care.

Went today waited 30 min for 3 drinks that nvr arrived managers got a attitude cause I asked for a refund then said I have to contact the app for a refund so I said just give me the drinks remind you about 40 min later she goes I thought you didn’t want the drinks I said well if I have to wait to get my money back I might as well take the drinks .. I’m contacting corporate she had no customer service what’s so ever didn’t even get an apology .. Chris car hop also clocked my order and said Chris was on the way ,Chris Nvr showed up ….didn’t even get an apology from him either at the drive through het GM do better . Manager women’s also slammed the drive thru window on me what a professional lady she was

In the past year, I have ordered extra chili on a chili cheese foot-long coney at least 5 times. I have received it one time. One! I called and talked to the manager. She told me that she made my cheese cone and it did have extra chili on it. I can tell you that it did not. It had the same amount as my husband‘s that I did not add extra chili to. Why do they have to lie? It’s ridiculous and someday I will learn not to pay for extras at the Sonic in Jarrell Texas!

Sat at the car hop for 10 min and no one answered, I was the one car there and I watched employees walk around the park a lot without a car in the world… like do you not want paying customers?
If I could give 10 🌟 I would! very clean and upbeat location! Staff was amazing Jenn took our order and greeted us was a smile at the drive thru window. The food Was still warm and fresh! Great job Sonic! yall did amazing finally with a general manager for this location it has improved in many ways! We will definitely be back!

Went to sonic and got a double smash burger plain and the burger they gave me one patty broken up into pieces no cheese it looked like the burger was ground up looked more like dried sloppy joe meet

We stopped in Jarrell,TX. Headed home Saturday evening May 20 . The burgers 🍔 we so delicious on point. Hot and fresh . I don't know who the cook was that night. I came down from Temple to purchase a meal for us again LoL 😂. Yes they got me here
