Placed order thru the drive thru window. Third time in a row where my order was incorrect and food not checked to make sure it matched what was ordered.
When I called and spoke to the manager on duty I was told that they would have refund held for me for screwed up order. When I returned to get the refund, I was told that they could only do a credit for food, and not a refund.
Will not be returning anytime within the next year. Hopefully they have competent employees by then, and new management.

COME ONNNNN. Have some decency guys! Like I know when I go to fast food I’m eating trash but can we like not literally put trash in the food so that I find and get grossed out. Any real chef would be disappointed.
I will say I like the ambience and the total feel of the new Sonics, especially at night. The service here hasn't been too bad. Had some nice and not-so-nice car-hops. I used to be a car-hops as a teenager. I tip decently every time.
The drinks/ice cream have been great so whomever is running fountain is doing a good job. The food hasn't disappointed until tonight. This chili-cheese coney is very sad. Where's the chili? Not much cheese to look at. I had to scrape the chili from the sides of the carton to get a decent bite.
I'm on the border of 3 or 4 stars, but the not-so-good service at times, and the really bad coney today, has me settled at 3.
Sonic has a nostalgic place in my heart so I admit that I have higher expectations. The sonic I worked at a little over 10 years ago, made us wear roller skates or roller blades. We had a lot of fun.

I rarely eat fast food and definitely never Sonic because no one gets an order right. I was with my dog this morning, though, and stopped to get him a little something.
I cannot have gluten (not celiac but really intolerant), so I let them know. I was prepared to give my dog the burger patties because every place I go screws special requests up. I'm used to it, and I think my dog prays for it.
The Sonic at this location did everything and more!! I received my burger in a foot long hot dog container. All veggies on the bottom and burger patties cut in half and on top -- just like they said. They made it like a salad!! Even veggies were manageable with a plastic fork and knife that they gave me.
This may be an anomaly, but this location is directly on I-35 and it was 10 in the morning. I was super happy.

Count your days sonic ? this is my 3rd time getting this exact burrito and y'all were being stingy today. I didn't pay almost 10 bucks for half a burrito! This is the ultimate burrito btw

Adequate as far as Sonic goes. You do need to make sure they heard you correctly at the drive thru and double check that all sauces are there. They tend to forget.

Would give 0 stars if google made it possible. The kids running the place are always extremely rude. I came here for an online order for kids meals. Which came with chicken strips, milk, apple sauce and a toy. They handed me a bag with chicken strips. Then when I told them what was supposed to be in the bag the young lady rolled her eyes at me.This is only one experience I’ve had with them.Today I got a rude little lady named “Becca”. Stating she was the manager as she laughed at me for the problem. Definitely need to get her in a different line of work. Perhaps… stand up since she thinks everything is funny.
