This is my regular SB, I do go to many others, but this one is local. Sometimes they remember my name which I can appreciate. They usually get my drink order on point, I do change it up often as I dabble in trying new combinations of my own.
Today I got a free drink for no reason at all and it made my day. That was a nice surprise even tho I was willing to pay.
I like that this location tries to make the regulars feel special. So thank you.
Also, big plus, lots of plugs for computers and studying, which I do here on the regular.

I frequently visit many Starbucks locations, everyday, some times twice. This one just can’t seem to ever get it together. Always a long wait time, no matter if it’s drive thru, cafe, or mobile. I have had mobile orders take 40+ minutes. Literally no matter what, you will be waiting….even if you’re second in line, the only one in line, or the line is wrapped around the building.

I called the store to inquire on an issue i had with one of my favorite cups. I knew it might've been a long shot but within minutes it was resolved. The manager Hailey and her staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation for me and were absolutely amazing even with the busy flow of customers both in store and at the drive through they all delivered exceptional service!

I lived literally 5 mins away for the past year and it was the first time visiting here as my friend wanted to come here. We came to grab few items for our breakfast! The impossible sandwich was really yummy! My meat eater friend also loved that as well! I got a cup of decaf americano ☕️ and it was good. Also, the staffs were quite nice 😊
