Tried the new turkey sausage Danish and cranberry lemonade refresher. Fantastic! The staff always takes the time to check in on our day and food visitors with friendly hello's.

Soo disappointed. We come through twice a day. Today I ordered a tea, drank some, went next door to carwash and popped back in for a refill. Supervisor on duty said because we left the lobby she can't honor the refill. Never has Starbucks done that. Profit over service peeps. Not cool.

Having this starbucks here is wonderful, but I'm not sure why the shift manager is mopping and creating a huge trip hazard for the staff during a rush. She has the extension cord hanging and is mopping with the electric scrubber. The lobby has trash, and the tables are filthy and sticky, but let's be in everyone's way while they're trying to make drinks during a rush. Not sure if this is proper procedure, but definitely shouldn't be.

Update: They reported one of the photos. It's been edited and added again so the plug/cord placement is shown as evidence of their lack of safety.
