The staff here are always so nice and speedy! I always feel welcomed when I walk in the store. The blonde with the ponytail is so sweet and always makes sure my drink is right! And the manager team is always so friendly. Love this place!

I go to this Starbucks 2 times a week, I really enjoy coming. However when the girl with the very blonde hair in a ponytail is at the drive through I already expect bad customer service. She’s always rude and never gets orders correct. She gave me a Danish that was not mine and loudly said “Keep it you touched the bag so keep it!” She then yelled at me and said “You orders a Venti but you got for a grade so!?” How is that my fault? I wish the manager would move her from the drive thru. My friends dislike when she’s there as well and said they have similar experiences.

Stopped by on the way to Austin and had a great experience! The location is fantastic, and I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in. Excellent customer service the store was spotless, and I noticed the staff cleaned the tables immediately after customers left. Overall, an awesome experience!
