I frequently visit many Starbucks locations, everyday, some times twice. This one just can’t seem to ever get it together. Always a long wait time, no matter if it’s drive thru, cafe, or mobile. I have had mobile orders take 40+ minutes. Literally no matter what, you will be waiting….even if you’re second in line, the only one in line, or the line is wrapped around the building.
I called the store to inquire on an issue i had with one of my favorite cups. I knew it might've been a long shot but within minutes it was resolved. The manager Hailey and her staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation for me and were absolutely amazing even with the busy flow of customers both in store and at the drive through they all delivered exceptional service!
