Hay if I wanted to learn how to put a order in I would just get a job here. Why don't you get someone to work the counter. What a truly unsatisfying experience. I just wanted to eat a taco and not have to learn a new skill.

I continue to go here because they’re the only place open late around here. However I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a complete order in the handful of times I’ve been. I’m often leaving with half my food because there’s not even anyone to have an interaction with to rectify my situation. It’s all outta sorts. Get it together.

Just go to the Mexicano grill. Almost same cost for superior quality. These guys NEVER GET AN ORDER

Placed an online order. No issues with my order. But while waiting for my food I witnessed an employee with gloves on at the POS system, touched her face, headset, hair, top of peoples cups.. I hope she didn’t jump back on the line to make someone’s food with her contaminated gloves! ?

Food is well made but there is a particular manager who when ordering extra sauce won't out it on even though you paid extra for it. I've asked numerous employees and they say oh he isn't working and my order comes out perfect. It's sad because I get no sour cream saving taco bell money and pay extra for sauce I don't get.
This is a new Taco Bell location that was very clean. There is not a lot of interaction from staff, but it seems more focused on mobile and kiosk ordering for dine in customers.

The crew here has not failed to go above and beyond and make the experience great.
BUT. The Taco Bell app! There's where the disappointment is! My experience has been 7 out of 20 issues with the app.
