Wendy's is always good. I love their sausage, egg, and cheese English Muffin - It's better than McDonald's. Their coffe is also better. And don't get me started on the burgers... Wendy's burgers and fries are WAYYYYY better than McDonald's, and way healthier, too. FACTS.

The new owners of Wendy's in Jarrell has really improved the resteraunt on quality, service and portion size!! We love to go there now and definitely get now what we pay for!! Also, they have never forgotten sauces, napkins and have never gotten an order incorrect!! They are polite and always welcome with a smile!!

The staff was so friendly. Although I was in the drive-thru and I had doubts about a specific seasonal combo, the guy at the window took the time to explain it to me, always kind and professional.

I stop by here pretty often and it’s always great! But today I went and ordered food for my family. I up to the window and they take the card and hand me my food but before they give me my drinks they tell me that the card reader didn’t read the card the first time and had to try it again, so they end up doing it again and it worked. I asked for some extra sauce and they wouldn’t give it to me and rudely told me they was already some, but they usually do no problem. Then they go to give me my drinks and forget one of them. Whatever so i get home and keep in mind i was already frustrated so i didn’t check the bag to see if they put everything in there and surprise surprise they forgot a whole meal and extra chicken nuggets.

I’ve been here a few times now and I haven’t found something to complain about! They are open 24/7 and have the frosty machine running all night except for times where they clean it (but they have told us when to come back). The staff is friendly and the food is good. Quality spot.
I just wanted to say, we stopped by late night and I was so glad, food was made fresh and because of our wait Jorge offered my kids a frosty, doesn’t seem like a big deal but it is hard to come by workers that care about their customers these days. Very nice man and just wanted to say thank you for your excellent customer service! We will be back

Waited in the drive thru at 8:30 for two burgers and fries for over 20 minutes was told they were frying fries as the reason it took so long it takes 3 minutes to fry fries I've worked at a Wendy's before it shouldn't have taken that long.
