So many options to choose from and it was so good! Good price for a large amount of food that I barely put a dent in! Nice area off the highway with shaded area to sit outside if you want. Service was great and staff very nice !

I hate eating out. The food is rarely any good and way overpriced. I live near FT. Polk, LA. I will GLADLY travel to this food truck. The food was amazing flavor, fresh, and fairly priced. The lady that served us was kind, respectful, and explained our options to us. We ate there at the covered picnic tables so when the breeze hit it felt good. The only thing missing was maybe a few fly traps and a fan. For thos that choose to eat there. This place is on my top 3 !
Vegetarian options: At least 5 different items and they will adjust their regular dishes accordingly.
