Service was friendly and timely! The food was hot and fresh! I had the Catfish Plater and my companion had Blackened Shrimp Tacos. Although they were out of Hush puppies the day we dined, the fry’s were outstanding and the fish, fresh out of the fryer! My companions Shrimp Tacos were also excellent, fresh and with a tangy sauce and the Black Beans and rice were fresh and spicy! We will definitely stop in again when we are in Jasper!

Family of 4 here, We wanted to try a new place for dinner so we went to fish tails yesterday afternoon. We all ordered something different so we could make sure we tried several things. Unfortunately, our appetizer that we ordered along with mine and my husbands choice all had the etouffee on it and it tasted burnt and old. The only good thing about the meal was the French fries. Our daughter had fried fish and shrimp but it had no flavor as if the batter isn’t seasoned. As we were getting up from our table to go pay a roach was crawling past us. We brought most of our food home just to feed to our outside animals. We saw mostly good reviews but it was honestly the worst food. Maybe we went on a bad day but for the price we paid we will not be going back in hopes it’s better the next time.

The first time ordering shrimp gumbo it was so good. If you have not tried the gumbo you need to. The server is great to be waited on because your food comes out frsh and hot. Good job family

This was our first time in there. Kaley helped us with menu questions and once we got home and eating, oh my goodness, great fish!! We all tried different versions; fried, grilled and blackened!! Cole slaw was pretty good too. Thanks Kaley, we'll be back!!

One of the worst places I've ever eaten. All the sodas were out. The fish pieces were tiny and had very little meat in them. Charged me for using a credit card to pay. Total $24.68 for the fish and shrimp with a side of stale Cole slaw. Good luck enjoying a meal here. Oh yeah, the waitress was not friendly when I came in and gave me Diet Pepsi without telling me; asked for Dr Pepper (out) so asked for Pepsi, which I found out from another waitress was out too. Liars and crooks.
