I came in to town from 4 hours away for a funeral and walked in, first time there, and walked to the counter and picked up a menu because there was a young lady at the register. she didnt greet me and after some time asked 'for here or to go?", I replied for here and she matter of factly said "you need to have a seat", with the menu in my hand, i asked if i could take the menu with me and her response was "no, I will bring them". i put the menu back in the tray and left.

My Dad and me went to Fish Tales today and it was the great! We both got the regular fish and we both got a crab stuffed shrimp. The fish was hot fresh made to order some of the best catfish I've had in a long time and the portions 5 fillets with fries and 2 hush puppies for $11.00 bucks it be hard to be at. If you like seafood you won't regret eating there.

We have eaten there about a dozen times. One of our favorite restaurants. Service is fast, food is delivered hot and is very tasty. I recommend the shrimp cooked anyway you like. A lot to eat for the price. Hush puppies are delicious.

First time eating will definitely be making it a regular place for fish. The food is great and atmosphere and staff are welcoming if you have not tried it yet make a trip best fish in jasper tx hands down in my opinion..4.5 star

I'm not happy with the food or the fact that my cup was dirty on the inside. Ordered cheese sticks, and they were hot on the outside but tough as rubber and rood temperature in the middle. I ordered the seafood sampler, and the fish was bland, the oysters were undercooked, and the fries had soo much Tony's Seasoning that they were unbearable to eat without getting high blood pressure. My family of 3 didn't even finish our food because it wasn't worth getting a stomach ache over. Will not be back.
The food was excellent. We loved the fried green tomatoes. I absolutely loved the blackened shrimp and their fried oysters. They were made fresh. We will be back.

Had the pleasure of visiting twice and both times the service was amazing! Was able to try the sampler as well as some delicious fish tacos. First time having hush puppies and loved them! The onion rings well my favorite, great seasoning and the breading was quite unique. The fried fish was perfectly cooked and season. The ranch and avocado dips were a perfect addition to the meals. Service was outstanding as staff is always checking on you. Wish I was able to try more, but maybe next time I visit!
