“I just can’t said the drive thru cashier “ everytime I got to this place it’s always something they have no meat or no buns or can only do fried foods such as egg rolls and tacos I asked well what about a salad and I was told I just can’t this is ridiculous and tbh I don’t even know why I even tried bc everytime it’s the same they should shut it down bc it’s a joke

I have called the store multiple times and complained about them refusing to take my order at 11:30 pm saying the are closed or only serving fried foods (this has happened about 5 time) we have spoken to the store manager multiple times and he is refusing to give me corporate number and hung up on me (this happened today)

Staff were very polite; when I ordered a shake, and they didn't have it, they were willing to provide a free X-large cup of a fountain drink. My father's drink didn't arrive, and when we went up to ask, they gave us another X-large cup. A bit disappointed they didn't have the shake, but it was good service! 😁

I can honestly say this is the worst restaurant in town. There was this small lil girl that doesn't know how to handle pressure and take order right. Waiting 1 hour just for the dumb lil thing to say to go around casue she forgot to add my burger. Mangers are clueless too
Did not have sauces for certain items. They were very friendly and offered other alternatives.

Nothing to complain about. This is our go-to stop on our weekly drive from Louisiana to Texas. My order is always correct, the food is always fresh, and everything is always delicious. The employees are sweet and caring even though they are overworked. The building could use a dedicated handyman and some TLC. As far as fast food dining goes - Five star food and service.

Went through the drive thru and ordered loaded tiny tacos and was given tiny tacos with no sauce or toppings. Went inside and was told they didn't have the cheese sauce. No offer offer of exchange for something else or my money back. The staff member was rude and was looking at me like I was the stupid one. Complete contrast to the gentleman that was working the night shift a few days ago. He was kind and accommodating.
