I stood at the counter for several minutes being ignored!! Yes, I was noticed because someone in the back yell, "customer", but no one came to the front!!! 😡 Several others came in behind me waiting as well. Do y'all have so much business that you can ignore customers?? As I drove away, an employee was just coming back across the parking lot from McDonalds!!! WTH

I usually love getting little Ceasars however I am dissaponted because the last two time we have ordered from there I have found hair in my food. Talk about loss of appetite and I doubt I'll order from them again. Two times is two too many for this lady. ?

Meanwhile, the app gives updates for when the pizza begins cooking, is cooked, cut, and ready for pickup. The times in the app do not reflect whats going on inside the restaurant. Not only that, the people inside act like you are draining their soul just by being there. They wouldnt know the definition of customer service if it ran them over.
