I went Sunday, December 7, 2025 after ordering online for three crazy crust cheese pizzas. I waited well after the estimated time only to go home to three completely wrong pizzas all regular pepperoni pizzas when I didn’t want.

All this would be zeros stars the staff was rude and the puffs dont look anything how they are supposed to look honestly what puffs there is literally nothing but burnt stuff the boxes weren't folded right the food was exposed due to this and all we get is a sly comment they refused to give me corporate number DO NOT GO HERE ITS AWEFUL

The new gentleman at the cash register is very friendly on the phone and in person ! The cooks in the back are we’re rude to him when he couldn’t find the pizza I ordered and made up a lie/excuse as to why they sold my pizza . I usually try to stay away from reviews but the last three times I have tried this place lately there is always an issue with customer service.

My first time there just looking for a quick meal....the pizza was fresh and delicious
Ordered pizza for our Dad's Memorial Birthday we just seriously lost our dad on April 4th 2025 gosh we miss and love him muches he was known by a lot of ppl in our hometown he work forever at the Martindale Sawmill years ago back when Mr. Mike Martindale first opened and then of course Mathews Construction for a long time until they closed then he worked both for Dry Gas & Steve Simpson & Associates & Francis Drilling Rigs all 3 companies same location area spot there in Brookeland TX and worked oilfill most of his life our dad would have been 58 yrs old this past week but he met The Heavens Gates just shorty 1 month prior he was known as SUPERMAN thanks to Little Ceasers in Jasper TX we wanna shout out you guys rock and deserve a pay raise even y'all made that day go so amazing and we couldn't have done it guys without y'all at the store super fantastic all stars 5 and plus 🩷🩵

We Order at least once a week when we are traveling to the lake. Even when the store is super busy the staff works hard to get customer’s served quickly. The young man I assume is the manager does a great job. I assume he is the manager because he is there almost every time we visit and he is constantly checking on people waiting on their orders and at the same time supervising kitchen staff and making and completing orders himself. I wish I knew his name. I did at one time and have since forgotten. Most of the online orders are completed super fast. We often get hot and ready items but even when they need to make something and we order in store the service is super fast. We have stopped by several times when the AC was out and the staff was working as hard as they always have at other times. Once we ordered online and before we arrived the electricity went out and the staff made sure they got us our order as it was finished before losing electricity. Again the young man who is manager and the staff go a great job.

Whatever you’re paying your employees- Pay them double. They’re working under extreme pressure with 8 people standing out front, phones ringing constantly and online orders pouring in.
My food was not ready on time but i’m not even mad because they were doing their best in a stressful time. They need raises.
Edit- I see on fb employees walked out yesterday. Good for them. That was an operations issue not a labor issue.
