We Order at least once a week when we are traveling to the lake. Even when the store is super busy the staff works hard to get customer’s served quickly. The young man I assume is the manager does a great job. I assume he is the manager because he is there almost every time we visit and he is constantly checking on people waiting on their orders and at the same time supervising kitchen staff and making and completing orders himself. I wish I knew his name. I did at one time...
Whatever you’re paying your employees- Pay them double.
They’re working under extreme pressure with 8 people standing out front, phones ringing constantly and online orders pouring in.
My food was not ready on time but i’m not even mad because they were doing their best in a stressful time. They need raises.
Edit- I see on fb employees walked out yesterday. Good for them. That was an operations issue not a labor issue.
