Jasper McDonalds on wheeler st has terrible customer service. My husband waited for 15 minutes at the counter even though the staffer was standing right there chatting, not working. My husband asked if he could please take his order and the staffer just shrugged his head and then chose to ignore him. Made an order for pick up last month. We sat at the pickup spot checked in for 30 min. Cars steadily going through the drive through. Our order never comes out. I call to see what's going on and the girl says " I ain't got no order for you". Then says hold on and never picks back up. I tried calling multiple times no answer. We leave and go somewhere else because I have a car full of kids to feed. I contact corporate several times. NEVER GOT A REFUND.
