Jasper McDonalds on wheeler st has terrible customer service. My husband waited for 15 minutes at the counter even though the staffer was standing right there chatting, not working. My husband asked if he could please take his order and the staffer just shrugged his head and then chose to ignore him. I tried calling the store and an automated response said no one can answer and disconnected me- twice. I tried to give a customer feedback response on the main headquarters site but it never worked. I guess McDonalds doesn’t care about their customers so Needless to say we won’t be back there.

Placed mobile order and they didn't have the ice coffee never offered a refund or to replace it. So sick of the unqualified people at this establishment. 3.79 plus tax isn't cheap and to just throw your money away

Made an order for pick up last month. We sat at the pickup spot checked in for 30 min. Cars steadily going through the drive through. Our order never comes out. I call to see what's going on and the girl says " I ain't got no order for you". Then says hold on and never picks back up. I tried calling multiple times no answer. We leave and go somewhere else because I have a car full of kids to feed. I contact corporate several times. NEVER GOT A REFUND.

Order was hot they left off the apples and we ordered one sweet and one unsweetened tea. Both were sweet even though one was marked and was told it was unsweetened.

Watched multiple people (even workers on break) complain their meals weren't completed at the counter, I get my meal and I'm missing nuggets, kid told me "nah I saw you playing with the bag" like of course I looked in the bag I just seen numerous people come back in for messed up orders.

Tables were dirty , not being wiped off between customers. Food was set on the counter instead of bringing it to the table. I myself wiped down the table and went to get the food off the counter and brought it to the table for my kids. Busy atmosphere, nobody talking, smiling or just to busy to care. Will try to avoid this place next time.
