The lady that took my order was very kind & polite. What issue I had is I ordered specifically a large iced Caramel Coffee, line the cup with caramel drizzle. Which I paid .50cents extra. They didn't do it, I asked for it to be fixed. And one of the lady's claimed they can't do it around the cup? Now what kind of excuse is that? I've been to this McDonald's more then a few times. Never had any bad experience it's like any other McDonald's I've been to fast service most of the time good service and good nuggets and burgers.
I don't even know why McDonald's has an ice cream/iced coffee menu. We would have better luck finding a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow on a sunny day! I was told by a former employee that the reason why the 'machine is down' is because no one wants to clean it.
