Kind of a hidden gem. For starters, it’s super cute. Very nice country decor and atmosphere. You order your food at the counter then find your own seat so don’t expect fancy. I had the Cowboy Frito Pie. It was fabulous. My hubby had a ribs plate. He’s fussy about his BBQ but he loved it. We had bread pudding for dessert. Save room. It’s worth it. I read a few reviews that said the portions are small. Huh? We both had quite a bit more than we could eat. Not the least expensive place but the quality makes it worth it. Also, the staff was super nice and helpful.

came through jasper stopped here to eat and the food was mediocre brisket was mostly fat and the buns were cold i like them toasted she gave me brunt corn casserole dirty rice was plain rather go to bill millers to be honest
Excellent food, generous portions. The half chicken plate was well spiced and was super tender. Green and baked beans were delicious and the BBQ sauce was great.

Had the rib plate for lunch. Fallin off the bone good. Nice flavor, don't even need to add sauce, but the sauce is good, too.
Came by the other day for lunch while moving. The food was the best bbq I’ve had in awhile! The chicken, ribs, beans, and Cole slaw were so delicious. I even got a blackberry pie to finish off the meal. The ladies there were so nice and made this experience even better than it already was! Even if you are passing by town, definitely stop here!!
