It was the worst breakfast I have eaten in a while. Their food was cold, and the coffee tasted like it had been sitting up since the day before. I just don't understand it!

Poor service and quality...ordered on the app the toaster cheeseburgers two rings and tots, drove up they only gave us half the order so waited the other half, and food was cold at home TOAST WAS NOT TOASTED, patty was half the size of the bread, All was drowned in ketchup & mustard. Sad thing is we got away from sonic in recent era and just tried them again only to find them status quo below average. WAY below average. Were an hour getting back to our place of residency. Fifteen minutes away.

Regarding atmosphere - the temp was comfortable, the day was clear & bright. At Sonic Drive-In you eat in your car, or their picnic tables. Food was good and so were the people.

We got there 20-25 mins before closing time, no one answered or even told us that they'll be right with us. 10-25 minutes after pressing the button quite a few times and still having no answer, we tried to make our order through the app, and it said that they were no longer taking orders, an employee came out and told us we were closed and no longer taking orders, and we've been there 20-25 minutes before closing so we just left.

The service here has gotten pitiful. They rush me off the speaker every time before I can even make my food order. They mess up on food all the time. And I've had two servers try to hand me back half my change and keep what they wanted. One girl shorted me ten bucks.. and I told er I'm not tipping her or anyone else here because of that mess. They need to get people that aren't so damn rude and try to cheat people out there change they're supposed to get back.

I ordered a breakfast bacon sandwich at 10:00 a.m. The bun was so hard & dry I could tap on it and it thumped like wood. Bacon was hard and dry and cheese not melted. I was on the freeway and not worth the effort to make a U turn. No wonder I was the only truck at drive up. Never again
