So here's the deal. This Taco Bell makes great food. The food comes out hot and ready to eat. I have no complaint about the food quality here. With the exception of I occasionally get extra items I didn't order or missing items that I did order. One of the biggest things that I'm usually missing is condiments that I have to pay a dollar for a squirt of. If I'm paying you .89 for a literal teaspoon of guacamole I should definitely get that guacamole. I think if you add onions it's even a few cents. Same with tomatoes and everything else. They add a few cents to all these things you want to have extra of But if you ask for one of these toppings to be removed they certainly don't take the money off of it then. I do think that's really unfair. But back to the subject at hand... One of the criticisms that I have about Taco Bell as a whole is when I order a Mexican pizza they put it in the bottom of the bag and then put everything on top of it and when I take out my Mexican pizza, it is squished to the top of the box. This is a consistent problem that happens every single time that every single Taco Bell I go to. My biggest complaint about this Jasper Texas location is when you do a mobile order or you order straight through the drive-thru they make you pull up and wait. Thus making their drive-thru times to their higher ups seem like they have good drive-thru times when in fact, it's time fraud. It is a misrepresentation of how long we are actually sitting and waiting for food right around the window. At this moment, as I sit here right now, there are five cars waiting for food. Not one car at the window but five cars waiting.
Now they have brought me food 15 minutes in. That drive-thru window time reflects much much much quicker than that probably two or three minutes tops.
And wouldn't you know it, I stand corrected. While I've been here waiting on my food, my Mexican pizza is sideways in the bag not on the bottom. I'll take a picture. There's also nacho fries in here and I did not order nacho fries. So I'm going to check this order before I finish this review.
And after checking my order it seems to be all there I just have a nacho cheese fry that I did not order And a Mexican pizza that is now not only smushed from the top of the box but since it was put in sideways it's deformed lol And if I want to enjoy the sour cream that I paid a dollar for the squirt for I'm going to have to scrape it off the top of the box. I attached the pictures.
Let me finish this review by saying that most of the employees I have encountered at this Jasper Texas Taco Bell have been very courteous and very friendly. I have ran into a few that were kind of rude and you would speak to them and they would just look at you and not say anything. You would say thank you you would get a blank stare, things of that nature. But for the most part there are employees at this location that you can tell really do care and try to give customer service to the best of their ability. This Taco Bell definitely needs some more experience management and some employees with a little more experience as well. Again this review is not a reflection of all of the employees but I would have to say that I encounter more incompetent employees than I do competent ones. I not only find this at this Taco Bell but also every other fast food restaurant in the area.
If the powers that be read this review please tell your employees to stop making us pull around, just cook our food and let us go. I can literally eat at a local Mexican restaurant for about $8 cheaper for myself and get faster service and more courteous service than I can at this Taco Bell.

I love Taco Bell and this location done everything Taco Bell does. Goods good the inside was nice and clean. The complaint I have is when you walk in there is no menu except these little computers you have to self order. Maybe I'm old fashioned but I was not impressed and some people just walked out waiting or trying to use self order computer.

Ok, so it's taco bell. It's in Jasper which immediately puts it in the top 5 places to eat. I ordered crunchy tacos, which should be the most basic thing they make. I had to drive around to the front and wait... For 4 tacos. They were pretty good though.
Why can’t a real person can’t take your order anymore? I know what I want so why can’t I speak to someone? Instead I have to spend 10mins to look up what I want on a computer screen. And now even the drive thru is a robot talking to you. Absolutely ridiculous
