My order was a double bacon cheeseburger with fries and a drink. Cost me 20.00 questioned the staff .they told me it was the way I ordered it. But didn't offer to reimburse. To top off the burger wasn't that good .they charged me3.75 for bacon and 2.00 for cheese top of a 14.00 meal price

This is the 2nd time in a month I have had bad service at my local whataburger. The lady that took my order was rude and slow getting me my drinks. She only gave me one of my drinks and not the other. The other lady that give my to go bag gave me the other only after I told her I didn't get it. She was friendly and apologized for that, and thanked me for co.ing in. 2 weeks ago I stopped to get a #1 med. Combo, and they messed up my order 2 twice before they got to me. The lady that brought to me after 35 min. Apologized and refunded my money. The hamburger was for my mom and she could not eat it because it was burned hard. Throwed it away.

Drove through after a long day of driving. My husband is from Texas and always raves about Whataburger, so we decided on it. Service was quick and friendly. Our order was correct. I thought the price was outrageously high! Turns out my #4 jalapenos burger was mostly salad with a paper-thin burger patty and 2 jalapenos I had to search for. Our large fries were hot, but only half full. Major letdown...... Not worth the price tag.
