What an incredible place to stumble on to. I was exploring Jefferson and turned down the street near the bistro, and I was met with the most incredible smell! Their bread and everything else I ate was INCREDIBLE! The service was wonderful. I truly feel blessed for finding them.

I'm a born and raised local in Jefferson and Austin Street Bistro is without a doubt one of my most favorite places to eat. The prices are so reasonable considering everything is made in house! The salad is phenomenal and the bread is fantastic. My favorite to get is the Tilapia (which is a HUGE serving i can almost never finish it!)

Worth 6-star review if google allows it :-) this restaurant was so delicious and tasty. We stopped here while visiting Jefferson and every dish we had was amazing. The salad trio was A+ and the Frenc onion soup was amazing.

We enjoyed a wonderful meal including dessert ( bread pudding). The staff was so friendly. The entire experience was lovely! If I could just get the recipe for the maple ? butter, I’d be so happy! ?

The food here was amazing and the prices aren't bad especially for the quality of food you get and the portion size. The food tasted fresh and even in the front of the menu it states that everything is made in house and is homemade. You're pay for the quality and taste and it was all amazing!

Fabulous food, great atmosphere! We highly recommend visiting. The food was amazing. We both had a sandwich hers was the Pilgrim and mine the Mardi Gras. To say it was one of the best sandwiches ever does not give it enough credit!!

Super disappointed in the customer service and the food. The waitress was really sweet, but the owner Gina was beyond rude. I don't feel there's a reason to be rude to customers who support you as a small business owner. I will never come here again, that's for sure. The Marinara tasted like sugar with cloves/potpourri. Absolutely disgusting. Worst marinara I've ever had if I'm being truthful. Do better. Save your money and go somewhere else where the owner appreciates your business. Because this one- certainly does NOT!

Food was absolutely wonderful and the staff very friendly! You’ve got to try their multigrain bread with maple butter, it was divine!
