Can't beat the location for exploring downtown historic Jefferson. We spent the night and though the room had a few blemishes it was a comfortable room and did the job expected of it. The wooden floors were a treat as well as the eight foot hallway outside.
Forgot to take any photos inside or even outside except for the historical plaques for the building and country singer as well as a mural for him on the side. Street parking was fine and we had access to the car...

I actually drove to the hotel on a Tuesday and after noticing that it looked to be closed, I called the phone number. We went to Jefferson for a weekend getaway and got a room at the Kahn Hotel. It's a very authentic hotel with many of the original details. it's on Austin street right downtown, which makes everything walkable from the hotel. The staff were so friendly and professional and the coffee shop down stairs does a really good job. The nightly ghost tours start in front of the hotel. Highly recommend.
