Called to order several times, was hung up on once, finally got someone to answer and was told to order online because they were busy, food was mediocre, asked for onions on my hash browns, raw onions sprinkled on top, bacon was missing, horrible experience!!!!

Went to this location to eat for my 30 min break at 5:30pm. Had to find out via a sign on door that it was closed due to short staff. Such a shame cause I was excited to eat here. Lots of travelers passing through to lose out on business.
This restaurant use to be good it’s gone down big style !!! Was there this evening cook sat down only two tables with customers the boy that was working you could see he did not want to be working. All tables dirty we sat there over 30 min waiting to order he took no notice of us, we only had coffe ended up paying coffe which was disgusting price 8 dollars and leaving without eating. If the owners don’t take notice of this place there business gone end up being closed down

Food is excellent so I continue to hope the service gets better but it never does. They are often under staffed although even when there not they sit behind the counter talking and don’t pay attention to the customers and I’m talking about atleast the last fifteen times I’ve been in for breakfast. I’ve heard numerous customers complaining about the situation as well.

Ordered a plain pancake on the side got pancake platter instead covered with butter ,coffee that hadn't finished making ! Pancake was burnt , waffle was burnt, only 2 other customers in place and had to wait over 5 minutes for a coffee refill !
