horrible costumer service!!! the food was good except she did not! write it down so she got the order wrong instead of sausage she gave bacon and she gave scrambled eggs which was not asked for we asked for medium easy egg. as well the whole time wearing her air pods not listening to what we wanted making us have to repeat ourselves multiple times. she also was giving very!! disrespectful looks. honestly was a bad experience the food is not worth all the money you will have to pay. very disappointed

Our service was horrible waited over an hour for our food before the cook came and ask what we are waiting on. They hadn't even got an order on for us!!!The older gentlemen cooking was doing everything himself even though there were 5 employees there that day.We have never had a bad experience while eating at Huddle House but this one is absolutely horrible!!

This is something the entire staff should keep in mind: when a person orders food to go they should strive to be courteous, and polite even if they have to fake it! The other thing is make sure the order is correct everything is there , just because there was no tip given at time of order i had cash to tip the waitress and cook. The waitress had a terrible attitude and forgot my drinks that were almost 5 a piece and acted as if i were bothering her . Maybe she should get a better attitude and classes on what she should not wear on her face for make up because that deep burgundy lipstick is definitely not for her. All in all i would tell everyone i know NEVER TO PATRON THE JEFFERSON, TX HUDDLE HOUSEParking: Plenty of it

Waited for over 45 minutes and never received our food. waitress was not friendly but not rude, I would say not happy to be there. I am visiting from out of town and I have huddle house near me and have never had an issue like this. The cook was slow. only worked on one order at a time and was constantly on his phone. This was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced.Parking: it's fine

Great breakfast. Hashbrown casserole with sausage and bacon was lit! Covered in gravy which was So yummy. Had The pecan pancakes. They were fluffy with large chunks of pecans not pieces. only thing, the grits were thin but a good portion.

I don't know who the District Manger of Huddle House Jefferson Texas is, but she is very rude and disrespectful, and as I was speaking she did not speak back and did not smile. I will not be coming back and she smelled like she smoked a whole pack of cigarettes' before work, the whole building smelling like it I understand that's her personal business but she needs to do something about that attitude!!
