sadly this review isn't even just about one time specifically. i have gone a good handful of times now and no joke every time it has been something different. they either give us the wrong order entirely or they don't put half of our order in the bag. my mom has gone to get us breakfast a couple times and again they've messed the order up. i would genuinely rather drive somewhere else to get mcdonald's than ever go to this one again. absolutely terrible. yall need new staff members that take the time out of their day to actually get the stuff right. YALL chose this job, do it right or don't do it at all and go somewhere else. i thought that maybe it was just a bad day and that's why it had gotten messed up but 7-8 times ? no.

This McDonald's location is consistently slow, and it's incredibly frustrating. We've stopped here three times now, and each time the wait is painfully long. Even with only three or four customers inside, the food takes forever to prepare. It's hard to understand why it takes so much time when the place isn’t crowded. Something definitely needs to improve with their service efficiency.
If you want to waste time, this is the perfect place!
And the bathroom is disgusting!!! It stinks and dirty!!!!

Normally McDs is predictably fresh and warm. We waited a long while watching old fries sit therr, thinking maybe making new? No. Dried crisp chkn, old fries. Cold apple pie. Cheeseburger was good. Not like what you expect from typical normal McDonald's

If I had an option to go hungry for a week no food or go to this McDonald’s in Jefferson Texas … I would starve and risk health issues because the service is just that bad … I ordered a double quarter no onions … large fry … large sprite … I get to the second window … grab the food … pull up the parking spot on the side of building to eat the food … as I open the bag .. off the jump the food smelled tangy … the fries was soggy and barely had salt … I eat the fries anyway … after I eat the fries I get to the burger … as I open the box for the burger … I notice the patty had chunks missing out of it … I got to pick the burger up … the burger is slowly but surely breaking down and falling apart …. as I put down this broken burger I examine that the stuff I told them not to put on there …… I think to myself … “do my eyes deceive me” … I feel a little disrespected so I go back into the McDonald’s ask the woman at the counter if I could get another burger …. She asked what was wrong with the burger … I open the box and show her the burger … she looked surprised and said she will talk to her manager…. 5 minutes afterwards she comes back and says “ my manager said what’s wrong with the burger “ I looked her in her eyes … then looked down at the burger and just said forget it and just ordered some nuggets …. Moral of the story …. before you leave that window … PLEASE FOR THE LOVE GOD HIMSELF … check your food before leaving … may god be with you all
