Horrible experience eating with my family inside for lunch yesterday... The manager's hair was in my food, I had to pull 3 pieces of hair out my sandwich yesterday. The manager questioned my integrity in front of my family. We showed the whole staff my food with hair in it.... The manager was extremely rude and stormed out driving off completely unprofessional. The problem was never resolved, I was sick to my stomach and lost my appetite with children... The assistant manager apologized once the manager left and admitted that was the manager's hair in my food. I paid close to $70 for the worst experience at a subway in my life..... Zero professionalism. The staff was shocked and didn't know what to do, because the manager didn't even know how to behave.... We partially ate and threw the food in the trash, waste of money, horrible experience, find a new manager and train staff how to deal with situation properly. The assistant manager was the only one who was kind about the situation and admitted that their manager was foul and apologized.... If I didn't pay cash and used a card, I would have chargedback on this awful disgusting experience.... Food was not fresh and gave 2 of my children diarrhea all night, beware save your money, save your health, and eat elsewhere.

Placed an online order on Thursday, went to pick it up and the gentleman said that they didn't have any chicken or wraps and told me my money would be refunded on Friday by the store manager, but the manager was out on Friday and Saturday still no refund. Will not be going back to this subway

This past Sunday around 10 a.m we were waited on by two young lady's that were so nice and pleasant. My food was so fantastic I say that because I don't like any thing and I always only eat 2 bites ,I ate it all because it was delicious. Then I got my kid a sandwich to go and when she got it and opened it she said dang this Thang is loaded ( she enjoyed hers too) . This jefferson location took ne by surprise I was very satisfied 11/10 !!!

The staff were great! Super apologetic about not having everything “in stock”. They were “short” on several items.

Went in today and the place was so clean and the woman taking our order was incredible. Best service I've ever received in a Subway. Toaster was down but her smile warmed everything enough.

Ordered from here a few times. It’s hit or miss with online orders, usually a miss. You would think when you tip, they would read notes to get orders right but no, they almost always screw online orders up. In store, they can’t get it right either. At least they’re consistent with getting wrong.
