We stopped here for a late lunch on a sunny Saturday afternoon and had a Greek salad and a veggie pizza (I had chicken wings)z the food was yummy and the service decent. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend it.

Such a neat atmosphere - think medieval decor and tapestries. Pretty extensive menu too and large portions. We started with the tater kegs and chicken & sausage gumbo - the gumbo was some of the best I've ever had. Then I dived into the St. Patty's Burger with Swiss cheese, bacon and sauerkraut. Fantastic and so different from your average burger! My boys loved the buffalo chicken sandwich and lemon-pepper chicken w/ mashed potatoes. Great service - our waitress was very personal and had great suggestions. Definitely worth the trip!

Horrible service with a rude waitress. I was literally chased out of the restaurant by the waitress (2x) who claimed we didn't pay, (we paid our check with a 100 it was 78) and when she realized we did there was no apology. When I called the manager he acted indifferent with the news, and offered no apology or explanation.

Much better places to eat in Jefferson. Just prefabricated frozen foods. Too much on the menu. Nothing

Don't let the lack of street appeal fool you, the interior is more appealing albeit more dated than renaissance like. We ordered chicken wings for appetizers that were absolutely from a box and then were overcooked - the crust was dark like gumbo roux. The entrees were much better. My husband had a hamburger steak with mashed potatoes and I had the Medieval Fettuccine w/shrimp. The portion size of both entrees was really good for the price which is not expensive. The hamburger steak presentation and flavor were good. The Medieval Fettuccine presented well but and tasted better when I added seasoning provided on the table, it was also missing the cheese advertised on the menu which is probably why the dish lacked some "OMG" flavor. Our server, Holly, provided great service. She sequenced our food exceptionally well, her personality was sweet, exactly what you think of when you think of Southern Ladies, and the other FOH staff were equally friendly and engaging. The exceptional service definitely elevated the rating from 3, up to 4-stars.

We are on a road trip and visited this wonderful restaurant with great ambiance and atmosphere. The burger was delicious and the grilled a chicken filet for our doggie. Great conversations with the staff as well. Do go, and enjoy your time!

The food is great. The staff are attentive. This day there were only two working so long wait times. But they warned us of the situation, so we sat on the patio and enjoyed the live music while we waited for our food.

One of the locals recommended this restaurant. Decorated medieval theme. Our waitress was super nice. The food was good. Ron had chicken fried steak and I had a roast beef sandwich. Our server talked us into carrot cake even though we were full (lol). It was good as well.
