Came during lunch rush. Even with a busy dining room they had the audacity to greet me and welcome me into their establishment. Very grateful for the staff's pleasing, poised, and professional demeanor.
I just left this location 20minutes ago and was not pleased with the service. I believe the young lady who took my order could have been the manager (black woman with Afro) didn’t get my order correct, didn’t apologize for messing up my order, she did not display the warm and friendly customer service I’m used of receiving at Chick-fil-A. I was given a slice of cheese in a bag to put on my sandwich since it wasn’t on the sandwich.
Went through drive thru and ordered a spicy biscuit add egg and pepper Jack cheese with 1 Chick-fil-A sauce and 1 grape jelly and a hash brown. I received the spicy chicken on a hard biscuit with cheddar cheese ,2 jellies and no Chick-fil-A sauce with hash browns too hard and greasy to eat
