When we pulled up all I heard was HEYYYY with a wave and a big ass smile! I was surprised to see them on 1960. Yay for me because it’s hittin and close to home!! Today we got the Catfish Fluffy. It has cajun rice, a HUGE piece of fried catfish, topped with crawfish and sausage, and broccoli on the side.
Everything tastes good af! Fish fried hard just like I like it! Next time we will try that oatmeal pie funnel cake🤤.
I see people in the reviews talking about the price. What do you expect when you are getting crawfish AND a piece of fish that covers the plate corner to corner? It’s well worth the money!
I was only able to get 1 pic before I started eating. Go check them out for yourself at the food park on 1960.

I'm a wings girlie- so her wings are a must try too! We have yet to try the voodoo wings, but literally fried so good with WAFFLE FRIES (: i wish i had a photo ..
Lemonades are good both frozen and just iced! & if you got a sweet tooth ALL the funnels cakes!! MUST TRY!
We ordered our food @2:07, after bothering the employees twice, we received our 4 item order (2 bowls, a frozen lemonade and a funnel cake) in stages, after 3:01 pm. An apology was made by the employee operating the counter. But what is going on? There was one customer who received their food prior to us, who ordered right before us. But that was it. An hour for 2 bowls and no customers waiting before us and no one standing in line needing attention is inexcusable. Keeping your customers who paid (more than $50 I may add) to patronize your establishment updated is not just common courtesy, it should be a business model expectation. At this point we won't even comment on the taste of the food because quite frankly we're too pi$$ed off to care if it tastes good or not as I could have done hibachi at the house after a trip to Kroger in less than an hour. DO BETTER. If you're running behind and looking at a wait for a customer, you tell them- AHEAD OF TIME. You had two other customers behind us who were with other people who ordered elsewhere and ate an entire meal ALONE, because y'all can't get it together. You did bad today, Fluffy's. And we won't be back. And neither will the several customers who ordered after us and waited almost an hour as well.

I came to eat at another food truck in the park, and noticed this one was Black owned. I asked the cook (who was absolutely fine as can be) what her favorite dish was and she said the fluffy fish plate (catfish). To my genuine surprise, my food was absolutely fried and seasoned to perfection. Since I moved to Houston, people raved about Creole/Cajun restaurants to try, but this is the first time I legit felt the money was worth it. The Island Breeze lemonade I got was absolutely delicious too. Both the cook and the cashier were very friendly, and I'd highly recommend to anyone.

Let me start by saying I love small businesses! I hope this place succeeds in all they do. The service was great and I commend the efforts.However! I felt the food lacked slightly. A for effort but for an Asian fusion bistro, I did not find that it was on brand. I got the catfish fluffy plate. At a whopping $22 I was disappointed. The catfish was fried to perfection but didn't have any flavor and was almost dry. It was covered in a very good crawfish cream. I wish I had more of that because the flavor was there and only there for sure.We also had the fluffy tacos, I give those two thumbs up. Very good and much better pricing at $14. The side for both was rice and the catfish had broccoli. The rice was superrrr basic. I would opt for another side if they have it.I loved the food park area in JV they are in and again, I think they are onto something but it just isn't quite there. Also had the lemonade. Yummy! $5 and worth it. Would STILL recommend and will be back in the distant future with hopes of trying something different. Keep it up! Thank you for being clean and kind to me and my daughter.
