Bad service I got i missing burger in my order this location sucks

Wth happened to this place? Ugh. Drive thru attendants try, but the food quality and wait times for subpar food is bonkers. 3 strikes and we're out.

I visited this establishment 1/1/26 at 5:01pm ordered from the drive thru it was about 3 cars in front of me lane A and two cars in lane B.... it was taking a minute for me to actually pull up to the window when I did I realized the young lady NE NE was working the window and also walking outside to hand ppl food... NE NE was patient and didn't seem at all frustrated (I know I would have been) I think management should know NE NE was definitely handling business and I really appreciated her and u should too!!!

Lady in the drive thru tho🤦🏼♀️ She speaks to fast, trying to rush you!! All to have warm food after 14 minute wait for a kids meal and a spicy chicken sandwich

From my experience, service is generally pretty slow and the produce is always kept straight-out-of-the-refrigerator cold, so the temperature of my burger is frequently a disappointment.
