Raul (manager) prepared my sandwiches. He was extremely courteous, helpful, nice, and patient. The restaurant was very, very clean, organized, updated, and well-kept. Every ingredient was very fresh and my sandwiches were tasty! I am extremely impressed and had an amazing experience. Thank you, Raul!!!

Employees acted like they could careless. They were out of broccoli cheddar soup so had the potatoe soup instead. It was not soup but more like just potatoes with sauce and too salty. Ice was not available until half-way the meal. Music was too loud.

Walked in at 10:45 sign on door says 10am to 10pm. Music was blaring & see no one. Called out & nothing, stood there for awhile & finally (I think it was the manager) lumbered from the back & said “I didn’t know you were there, I thought the door was locked, I just opened, give me a minute. Did something at the drink fountain, went to the back, grabbed his phone & disappeared. Stood there a little longer then i hollered “NEVER MIND DON’T BOTHER” & walked out. Was there to order 4 foot long sandwiches for my family. Food was really good last time I was in, but even then the ladies working there acted like they didn’t care or want to be there. Will not ever be back. Last thing you want is have your food made by someone that doesn’t care.

poor service and the establishment says it is open but the employee is inside after 10am using his cell phone and saying it is closed.

the service was slow. Only worker was young female acted like it was her first day and I understand that. Floors were filthy in front and restrooms. Commode wouldn’t flush. No napkins. Young hispanic worker was sitting with friends at a table talking. We have been in this subway several times over the years and it has always been very clean and workers very dedicated

Stopped here for a quick dinner, and there was lots of bread, meats, veggies, and cookies. However, we were told they were out of almost everything because what they did have was reserved for to go orders or platters that they were working on. This was in the middle of a day on a Saturday! Food should have been available.

I pulled in and on my way into the store to place my order. The manager locked the door before I could get it in. It was quite upsetting and considering it wasn't even closing time yet. I was happy I wasn't going have to cook but because policy wasn't being followed and doors were closed before closing time was indeed not Kool. How are you suppose to make money and get repeated customers if doors are being shut early. It's a confusion because now we don't know to drive overthere and it not being opened.

Very nice. Staff was awesome. Pricey for what you get. Shouldn't have to order double meat. Should come that way.
