Whataburger is not what it used to be. This fast food chain has become overly expensive and the food isn't that good anymore. Snobby prepping staff. And Joaquin Whataburger facility is not the cleanest place to be. Also, the staff reeked like Marijuana, not something they should be smelling like.

I think the staff here was on point. Got order correct and was helpful at windows. Food was great.
I got a grilled chicken sandwich and it was the absolute best grilled chicken sandwich I ever had. The manager was the friendliest lady. I will stop at Joaquin TX Whataburger on all my travels through Joaquin TX!!

Great place to have a whataburger. It is nice for us truckers to be on the roads and actually be able to enjoy a good burger in a sit-down restaurant with working air conditioners for a change. Fuel, def, restrooms clean, restaurant we all love. So weather down in the area working or driving through. The truck stop shop is clean, and friendly customer service people are clean. Triple burger was good, hot, and fresh made to order. Onions rings are the best in town(beats sonics) and get the cinnamon roll, too. You won't be disappointed
A lot has changed since Management relocated. It used to be more like family. Good food but priorities need to be more focused on the customer experience.
