My husband and I were driving through Johnson City on our way to Fredericksburg and found this awesome food truck!! You never really know what you’re getting with a random food truck but OMG 😳 I ordered the cast iron hash and my husband ordered the scramble! They both were beyond delicious!!! The layers of flavors were to die for!! What a wonderful experience and a grand surprise! The owners were so very nice! the best breakfast in the area, period. everytime I visit Fredericksburg this is where I will come for my Sunday breakfast.
Just had the grilled cheese sandwich with barbacoa. Amazing!!!!
