To start off .. this location is not equipped to have a drive thru..the lane is so goddamn narrow..you almost hit a brick wall…and then your so god dang close to the menu that it is entirely too large to even view the entire thing…with it being so narrow you gotta cut the wheel so sharp to avoid hitting the dang poles that it knocked my serpentine belt straight off…resulting in my power steering going out..after waiting 20 min at the window i was given sour tea and a taco salad that wasn’t edible.. and a box so soggy it was falling apart. And the most god dang dry burger I’ve ever had. All in all the Dairy Queen trip cost me 80 dang dollars addin in the car repairs. Even though the cook sucked, the guys working the window were very friendly. Will never purchase food at this location again.

Placed an online order for my son to pick up for me and only received part of my order. Called the store spoke with Manager about getting reimbursed for missing order and she said I would have to come back that evening with receipt. I live on the other side of Dripping Springs and it was already 10:00pm. Won’t be going to this Dairy Queen again. Should have read the reviews first.

I was in the drive through and ordered myself a chicken taco salad, got home and when I opened the box, there was the taco bowl a scoop of refried beans and a big pile of lettuce. No meat, no tomato, no cheese. So I got back in the car and went back up to DQ and Maria was so nice and helpful, she did everything in her power to make it right. She definitely deserves employee of the year and a raise

The blizzards were great but, they over filled them (which usually would be great) however, for kids it was a bit messy. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Only two guys working here, both of em seemed drunk as skunks, took me 25 minutes just to get a large sweet tea, and nobody was in line ahead of me. Guy didn't even have his headset on so the intercom was useless. Also witnessed a customer who I guess was a friend of theirs go behind the counter into the kitchen area after ordering his food.

8:00 pm tonight me & my mom n grandma had went thru yalls drive thru . it took 2 mins for someone to come to the speaker . the person that was on the headset names nicolas was being very rude and was just saying “ok” and thats not how you talk to ppl ordering food . i work in a fast food place
