Order was missing fries. Ordered chili and cheese fries and I got bean and cheese fries.🤮😡. These people to pay attention and if you don't have chili, let your customers know so we're not wasting money. This is trash!

I’m honestly shocked and disappointed by what I witnessed during my recent visit. While preparing my Blizzard, the employee cut the banana with their bare hands, no gloves, no utensils, nothing. It was a sight I surely did not want to see while pulling up. It honestly ruined it for me that I could not eat it. Food safety should be a basic standard, and seeing fresh produce handled directly without any protection is unacceptable. I’ve always enjoyed coming here, but this experience really ruined my trust. I expect better hygiene practices, especially in a food-service environment. I hope management takes this seriously and retrains staff, because customers shouldn’t have to worry about how their food is being handled.

Waited forever in the drive thru and when we finally got to the menu to order, no answer. Waited patiently for a few minutes and still no answer.
Stopped by the drive-thru last night and had the friendliest, most personanable, and courteous service from David. It is such a rare occurrence these days and I believe it is very important to point out the positive interactions with the hope it will continue to encourage others by realizing great service does not go unnoticed! It was so nice to be able to drive home happy and not frustrated from poor service. Thank you again David and Dairy Queen please appreciate your positive, efficient employees, it truly makes a world of difference for your customers to have good people representing your business!
