Fat Boy Burgers is decent. I wouldn't classify them as being the place you just have to stop at. In my opinion they're pricey, burger a little on the bland side, and bun is from any ol supermarket. A single patty burger only (no side) is right at $11. If you're passing through, headed north, and can wait for Storms in Burnet or Lampasas, you'll have a better burger and save some money (Storms Special - triple patty burger with fries - is $11. The Fat Boy venue...
Outside covered seating with fans was very comfortable. Food is always great for the price... I had the Friday fish fry, my wife had the grilled chicken. But we have also had the burgers...

This will now be the new meet up spot for my family and I who live an hour each direction. The burgers and fries taste amazing!!!
Wendy at Fat Boy Burger was absolutely the sweetest! She greeted us with a big smile, made sure our order was perfect. Her kindness and friendly attitude made the whole experience even better. Definitely made us want to come back!
