Stopped today to eat. First time and was very happy with that food. Brisket was really good, bbq sauce was sweet, Mac n cheese was tasty and appeared homemade. Potato salad was good tho too many onions for me personally but I’ll prob still order it next time. Pinto beans were loaded with meat and had good flavor. The portions were huge and for BBQ the price point was good.
My only complaint was the sweet tea needed a LOT more sugar.
The pizza looked good so we’ll try that next time.
8/10 will def eat again!

Went in and wasn’t even acknowledged by the staff and just wind up leaving due to terrible customer service. Two guys were working right in front of me and not once did we get a “we will be with you shortly” or anything. Just stood there for 5 mins before deciding to walk out, never got to eat and would not recommend due to bad service.

Food was great, we ordered app, a Piada and sub, they were both amazing. Locals, do yourself a favor like we did and try this place. Its really good food. I know there’s enough pizza places in town so it maybe have missed you but go to this place for the other items if you’re burnt out on Pizza.

Had the bbq brisket pizza along with the piggy chowder and let me tell you.....Wow. The pizza was the best pizza I had by far ( i work in the restaurant industry) Also the piggy chowder was awesome. I would definitely reccomend this place to anyone. I will definitely be a regular here.

You know you're at an authentic Texas barbecue joint when they serve you on metal trays and offer up their version(s) of barbecue sauce in squirt bottles. Ronnie's adds an unexpected twist: pizza! I didn't try the pizza, but the brisket is smoky, juicy and delicious. I enjoyed mine over a HUGE baked potato. I don't know where they get their cheddar cheese, but it was super melty and cheesy. So good! My table mates also got brisket. Tip: don't try to order healthy by getting chicken in a Texas barbecue place--get the beef. My dining partners also liked the ribs and the sausage. Macaroni-and-cheese side got rave reviews, the coleslaw was so-so. The sign out front says "Smoke and Pies." You're in the right place. Fast casual service was friendly and efficient. Tons of seating and natural light.

Picked up Brisket to go - Brisket rub was good but the brisket was very dry. Mac and cheese seemed like it was prefab, potato salad average. Nothing to compel a return visit.

This USED TO BE RONNIES WITH GREAT BAR B Q. Not anymore. It's Smoke & Pies now. Offering Bar B Q and wood oven pizza. If you want Bar b que go elsewhere. It's not the same as it was before. Pizzas look good but we didn't try one so I can't give a review.
The Classic Italian Piada is very tasty. The owner described a Piada as an Italian Gyro, and that's a pretty good description.We tasted the Piggy Chowder (pork) and Texas Chowder (beef). Both were great. Given the choice, I would go with the Piggy Chowder.

BBQ was fantastic! I saw the name of the business recently changed to Smoke & Pies, but that doesn't matter to me. All I care about was the portion was big, food was delicious (best turkey I've ever had), and the owner and staff were delightful. I'd highly recommend you try it out -- I will certainly be coming back.

Brisket was full of fat and all meats were cold. Bbq sauce was lame. The place did not look clean. Two guys literally carried a toilet thru the "dining room" while we were eating.

The food was amazing - got the meat sampler and it did not disappoint. Plenty of food for 2 of us at lunchtime which didn't take very much time to get food and eat.

Only giving it two stars cause the kindness we got from the young girl with blue hair at the register. The older big Mexican lady was a rude rude woman! Made us feel dumb when we ordered and when I complained about the food she was so rude and condescending! The young girl came to us and asked if she could do anything to make it better but we told her no , so the only reason why this place got two stars was her. Sad to find out the rude woman is the manager.
