Ended up going here for my birthday weekend and we absolutely loved it! From the service to the food everything was absolutely 10/10! We loved this place so much we came back 2 nights later from our stay to enjoy it one last time! The chicken fried steak, steak frites and chicken Alfredo were so delish! We even had the chance to meet the manager and he was extremely friendly! We will definitely be back!

This is a relaxed restaurant with wonderful wine and beer selections, and indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor area is very peaceful at night. Highly recommend the Texas wine flights!
What a horrible anniversary dinner experience. Got to restaurant about 5:30 pm only 4 other tables seated so they were not busy. Our server John acted like he didn’t want to be working. The beer was good, we ordered pretzel bites… they were burnt and hard as golf balls. Soaking them in the cheese sauce didn’t even soften them up.
My husband ordered the filet- medium rare came out medium/medium well. I ordered the NY strip medium and it was rare with a cool purple center. I did send that back because I cannot eat it that way. When I got it back I only got the one piece of it back and it was medium rare. My husband and I ended up just switch but seriously. Never saw server again….no drink refills…nothing. The Brussels sprouts were soggy and drenched in sauce and the mashed potatoes were sticky and definitely not made today.
The best part of the whole meal was the arugula salad as a side on my husbands plate.
I had to get up and ask for our check after waiting over 20 minutes for John to come back. The bar tender ended up bringing our check. Went to try the creek brûlée cheesecake but didn’t order because the server never came back and I wasn’t going g to stay all night with no drinks and no service. Definitely won’t be driving back an hour and a half for that disappointment

We arrived at 6pm and inside and outside area looked available for seating. Literally only one seated table inside and a couple outside. The hostess said I’m sorry we don’t have availability -it will be 45 minutes to an hour wait. All tables are reserved. So we said ok and chose to leave but my mind was blown with the number of tables currently available and a minimum of a 45 minute wait so I decided to go to google and reserve a table. Put reservation in for 6:15 no problem, walked back up to same hostess and said we have a reservation for 6:15 and we were seated immediately. Mind absolutely blown. Does the owner know y’all are turning away business? Crazy!!!! So make a reservation and go!!! It was amazing once we were seated. Food is excellent, wine is good, beer is good, and the live music outside was phenomenal (Zak Webb) although I’m not sure that music was part of the restaurant. Make a reservation and go!

The facility and restaurant is beautiful but it was empty (except for the overly intoxicated couple that was making out and oddly dancing in a booth) here on a Saturday night during Christmas and there is a reason for that. We were there over an hour and only had received water not even utensils. We ordered wine and for a “vineyard” they seemed like they did not even know how to open the bottles nor the difference between sparkling and non. The entertainment was horrific and the guitar player did not obviously have the auto tuner app on his phone because he was out if tune, could not sing and had the speakers up as loud as they could go. I usually never write reviews but I had to warn anyone who plans on eating there. Eat outside on the patio or do not go at all!
We visited the afternoon after Christmas (Friday) and had reservations, but walk-ins seemed to have no trouble getting seated promptly. We ordered the brussel sprout salad, venison chili, and shaved ribeye sandwich, as well as a flight of beers. The food was excellent and priced reasonably for the quality of it. The wait service was a little lacking. The salad was served with our entrées, and once we had our food, we never saw our waiter again. No water refills, no follow up to see if we wanted dessert (which we initially did, but got tired of waiting for our waiter). We had to get up from the table (after waiting quite a while) to find our server to ask for the check. It's really a neat space with quality food, and if you don't mind mediocre wait service, would be a nice place to go and have a drink, listen to some live music, and have a bite to eat.
We were very disappointed. I had the Cajun Alfredo Pasta. It was obviously not fresh. The chicken was overcooked and the sauce seemed microwaved. My husband had a burger that was also way overcooked. Our service was subpar at best. For the cost we expected much better. We won't be back.

The bartender was amazing! The wait staff could've been more attentive on filling up water 1x and iced tea. The chicken fried steak was good but breading a bit overcooked. Ordered two sides of mashed potatoes instead of the mashed potatoes and green beans and was not told there was an up charge.
Terrible service and looonnngg wait for food although restaurant was nearly empty. Our server, John, seemed off from the get go. Very little effort, attention, personality, or care were given to make us feel welcome. It was obvious every interaction that something was off with him. We were one of four tables in the restaurant and we waited 45 minutes for our food. Food came out burnt, some came out cold, all the eggs were overdone and not cooked to order. Had to send some of it back. No apologies were made and nothing was taken off our bill. The only thing said is “I’ll let the kitchen know.” Will not be returning.

For busy nights, make sure you have a reservation. We were seated on time and our server was very attentive to serving us our drinks and food quickly. Tip: order the bread for the table, it is cooked in a flame oven and it tastes amazing.

Food was great. Service was a little all over the place. Server seemed to have multiple jobs.
We wandered in... And what an amazing place! Had a quick breakfast and enjoyed it greatly. Would love to see a wedding there!
290 brewery food was absolutely amazing. The steak for breakfast was mouth watering, it melts soon as you put your fork in it 10 out of 10
