Darien was our waitress and she was awesome. Had a salad which I enjoyed very much. The couple de grace was the Proof and Cooper Jalapeño margarita! Will be back!!

Jessica was our server tonight, and she was a delight! We were just about the only customers after 8:30 on a Tuesday night, and she waited on us with just the perfect amount of attention, taking our orders and then letting us have our own time together. We will return and recommend Proof and Cooper’s to friends and family!

Brisket tacos are amazing! And Darien was perfect waitress. The 3 sides were all too spicey to eat - Creamed corn, beans, avocado sauce. Really sad - I love those dishes but mouth on fire. Good for you if you like it really hot!

had a nice lunch with the family and enjoyed just about everything! service was friendly and attentive. the atmosphere is simple but warm. our food seemed to take longer than expected for how quiet it was. the pickle chips were great. the bbq was a bit hit or miss though. the beans and potato salad were fine, same with the sausage. the pork ribs were tasty but the brisket was lacking flavor.

Would be a 5 if they ever Fix The Men's Restroom. Also, no toilet paper today. Everything else was great!

Service seemed fine, but the menu is SO limited. There was more on their dessert menu than their salads. Drinks were also extremely overpriced.

Our first visit and last time eating here. First off, we were greeted with a "limited menu," so there was no fish and no burgers. We ordered a brisket sandwich that was very salty. I ordered chicken fried steak . My mash potatoes were cold, and I asked the waitress if the mashed potatoes served cold. She said no and replaced the dish with hot mashed potatoes. The hot mashed potatoes were good. The CFS was tasteless with too much breading! The red rose rita was excellent, but when a second one. The drink never came if after asking for it 3 times. On top of all that, the bathroom door was broken

Ambience and service were good.
Pricing was reasonable but the quality was a disappointment. The brisket had an enormous amount of fat, more so than I have ever had when ordering brisket. The nacho toppings were very very scarce and the potato soup was very bland.
