What an awesome place!! The staff is more the accommodating and friendly. They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. The wine, food and scenery all exquisite but the staff beautifully bring it all together, I can’t say enough good things about Siboney Cellars.. I wish I could give this place 10 stars. We found our new wine spot in the beautiful Texas hill country.

Honestly, I just don’t get it. We read the Texas Monthly review and I admit the views are pretty but the wine isn’t very good - and that’s what’s most important and disappointing.
We had jamón that was so dried out that it looked like what happens after a pedicure when someone shaves off dead skin off. I would suggest you not serve jamón that is this dried out. The empanadas were decent.
My suggestion for those who are truly in to drinking high quality wine would be to check out Ab Astris, William Chris, Kuhlman, or Lewis.

The owner Miguel took us through their barrel room and a personal presentation of history on their wines and familia history with a food pairing. We selected this winery as one on the October Wine Passport options and it was one of the best and most memorable of the wineries we visited. The wines are sophisticated, unique, and the location adds to the depth of the flavors. It was also wonderful to learn about the story about the evolution of this winery. The Cuban sandwiches are 100% authentic and delicious. So glad we chose Siboney among the many options on the Passport. We highly recommend!

We did this on the wine passport and it is hands down the most comprehensive tasting experience we’ve done. The tasting was paired with good bites and wonderfully descriptive information about the wine they produce. The private tasting room is beautiful as is the winery itself. The wines are subtle, accessible and passionately created. The red Trio Rosso was a favorite but I purchased the tasting wines in total. For cigar lovers, they have you covered as well! Lovely experience!!

Went for their twilight tasting. Cuban sandwiches were super tasty. Cigars were overpriced for what they were, but hey, I understand a place has to make their cut. The staff truly makes you feel welcomed and well taken care of. The bathrooms were spotless, which says a lot about how much pride they take in their space. The charcuterie boards? Chef’s kiss. Beautifully arranged, fresh, and delicious. And let’s talk about the view—breathtaking doesn’t even begin to cover it. Whether you're sipping wine or just soaking in the atmosphere, the scenery makes the entire visit unforgettable. Hands down, no other winery has taken care of me the way this one did. If you're ever in Johnson City, this spot is a must-visit!
