Very good TexMex food. The chips and salsa are delicious, and everything else we had was good. Friendly staff and nice patio.

I've eaten here 2x and both times I was disappointed in my meal. The food lacks flavor and tastes more like a heated up frozen entree. The servers are unfriendly and are noticeably unhappy and annoyed at having to wait on people. The potion size is really small and it's easy to go away hungry.

Look…it’s ok but the food had no flavor. I always try new restaurants and this one didn’t hold up. The fajitas are mid at best, rice was pretty good. I got the fajitas for 2. Usually, we eat everything when we order out. We didn’t this time (my kids and I) I did get the order delivered and it was hot. But just no flavor. Won’t order from here anymore.

My husband and I have passed by this place for a while and finally tried it. It was delicious! Great Tex-Mex options and the service was great. We ordered the Burrito and Chimichanga both with Queso. We will absolutely be coming back.
Better than the terrible place they had in Lago Vista for years called Maria's.Was I impressed, nah, but happy to have some reasonable tex-mex in the area, yes. I have had way better and way worse.Everything was just ok from service, to cleanliness, to the food. "Nothing to write home about" as some say. The picture of the tortilla soup looks better than it was. It was not what I remember it being at this location, maybe different owners now, idk. Fish taco was good.

Bajo La Luna since the new ownership, has hit the Tex-Mex ball out of the ballpark! 5 star food that is every bit as good as the best Tex-Mex Austin has to offer. Chicken enchiladas are excellent and my favorite is the beef chili Relleno !! Food comes out piping hot and is cooked perfectly. The refried beans are cooked perfectly and the rice is fluffy and fresh. The chili Relleno comes out piping hot clearly brought to the table quickly after frying. The chips and salsa are also excellent and the chili con queso rivals that of our favorite Austin Tex-Mex restaurant El Rancho.Service could use some improvement but other than that five stars, and amazing that it is located right here in Jonestown.

Delicious and local traditional Tex-Mex restaurant with all your expected flavors and prices! They have beer on tap and great margaritas for the more hardcore risky drinkers. Plus, everything can be ordered online for pick-up at the bar (unfortunately, chips and salsa on to-go orders cost extra but complimentary when you dine in).
