1/2 Rack Pork Ribs
1/2 Rack of smoked St Louis style pork ribs, smoked over pecan and oak.
Sliced Turkey Breast (lb)
Tender, juicy turkey breast that has been marinated, seasoned, and smoked for 3 hours.
Sliced Brisket (lb)
Brisket, smoked for 14 hours on pecan and oak, sliced, and sold by the pound.
Sausage (1/2 lb)
Equivalent to a 1/2 link of pork and beef smoked sausage, sliced.
Pulled Pork
Pork butts, seasoned and smoked over pecan and oak for 9 hours and then pulled. Note: We don't sauce our pulled pork.
Smoked Cheeseburger (1/3 lb)
1/2 lb all beef patty, smoked with pecan and oak and placed on a fresh bun and topped with 1/4lb of brisket. Condiments on the side.
Sides (by pint)
Choose from a variety of delicious side dishes. Served family style by pint.
Brisket Sandwich
1/3 lb of brisket stacked on a fresh roll. condiments on the side.
Pulled Pork Sandwich
Pulled pork smoked on pecan and oak for 9 hours pulled and stuffed on a fresh roll.

Had a small issue and let them know. Turns out they were training and offered to fix it.Good food and a good small business owner. If you are at SXSW I recommend trying them out! The brisket was amazing.

Hands down the best barbecue we’ve ever had. The pulled pork is SO good! Absolutely crave worthy. Brisket is also delicious. We’ve gotten it delivered several times during the pandemic and it’s been outstanding every time. If we ever get to have a large gathering again I know who I’ll be calling in to provide the eats

Hands down the customer service was excellent! They were very accommodating with my late order and overcompensated when they ran out of what they believed wasn't enough brisket in my order! When an owner pulls cash out of his pocket to give me money back, and hooks you up with more complimentary food, you know he truly cares about the quality and quantity of his food, and his customer's experience! Being in the service industry for over 25 years myself, I truly appreciated...
