Employee argues with me while other employee tries to calm him down. I always order the same thing every time and every time it is made alittle different. Every time I go into the store there are a new set of employees. I will never order from dominoes again.

Extremely poor service. Came to pickup our order and there were at least 5 employees in the store, but they were all “busy” taking as long as they could to talk to us, we had to go out of our way to flag one of them down after waiting several minutes. We were picking up pan pizzas, and while we were standing there one of the employees yelled “who keeps ordering the freaking pan pizzas??”. Rude, unprofessional, horrible customer service.

If could rate it any lower I would. I ordered a pizza 5 minutes from the store. Walked in told them my name and they said it was ready. No label on the box. They sold me a pizza that was made earlier. Cold nasty and dry. When I called about it the lady said I'm sorry and hung up on me. Never again.

Vegetarian options: You can just ask for a pizza without amy meats on it, not exactly rocket science here.

I order from Dominoes at least twice a month and we always have great food and service.
Horrible customer service. I placed my order online and the app had this location picked for me. However, the store decided it was the wrong location and just cancelled without any notice. After 40 minutes had passed, I tracked my order and found out about the cancellation. I called and spoke to Enrico the manager, who only justified the cancellation, but did not apologize! Very unprofessional and clueless of good customer service. I’m disappointed and frustrated. You don’t cancel someone’s food order without a notice!!!

Last time they did not give me my ranch that I paid for.This time I made sure to go in so that they didn’t do that… I had to request my ranch dressing more than once. And the pizza wasn’t cut.

Small things make the biggest impact. Today my son and I were waiting on our pizza in line at the window. Lady in front of us hadn’t moved in a while. A delivery guy (Isaac) came out to load up his car with deliveries and noticed us waiting. He took the time to come over, asked my name to check on our order. He went inside and brought it out to us. This extra step is greatly appreciated and another reason I’ll keep coming back. Friday evening after a long week of work and Isaac taking the time to get us our dinner when he could have just drove off. Thank you!
