AGAIN, my delivery order was incorrect! I ordered and paid for a 3 piece fish dinner, okra, corn nuggets with a roll. For dessert...4 apple pies. I DID NOT GET THE PIES!!! Not the first time it's happened. Last time I didn't get the corn nuggets. I EXPECT FULL CREDIT!!!!

Just tried to get me a freshly brewed gallon of sweet tea from this place..one of the ladys in the background state that she is not doing it she said it was bulshit that people do that they pulled an old sweet tea from the damn refrigerator and gave it to me it's crazy the last 2 times that I've been there it was old tea.....

If 0 stars was possible, that’s what I would give them. We found a small roach in our food and they had the audacity to insinuate that WE put it there. We were barely serving the food when I found it. This place is DISGUSTING. The way they handled the situation was TERRIBLE. Don’t recommend coming here unless you want bugs in your food and get blamed for it.

I know everything is expensive now days but I was absolutely dumb founded by the prices here now. I’ve been going to this particular chicken express for 25 years easily. I know the prices have gradually been trending up. I got online to check prices before I went up there and am I glad I did. 20 piece tender “family meal” is $43.99 now. Like first of all, that’s asinine, but secondly. One side in a family meal!? So I get 20 chicken tenders and 1 freaking side and some rolls nobody even eats for $48? I hate to be this guy but the only way to make a change is to stop giving them your money. And hopefully when enough people follow suit these greedy ass companies stop with this price gauging. I will not be going to chicken e anymore unfortunately.

I dislike leaving bad reviews but i also dislike paying for something i didn’t order. I pulled up to the drive thru and i did take a while to look at the menu, i can admit. But when i finally ordered i got THE SPICY 4 PIECE TENDER MEAL and but instead i received the regular 4 piece tender meal… i said it loud and clear that i wanted the spicy meal🥲 First of all when i received the food the guy forgot the drink!?!? And when i was looking at the food it was the regular tenders, i brought it up to the person and he proclaimed that i got the regular. i just left it as is, im not trying to hate or snide the workers but it was an inconvenience 💔
