I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I was served raw chicken (photo attached), which is a serious health and safety issue. When I called the same night, I was told there was no manager available and that I would need to call back in the morning to receive a refund.
I called the next morning again, no manager. I was then told to call back on Wednesday. When I finally spoke to someone, I was informed that I was not eligible for a refund because I was “supposed to get it the day I received the raw chicken.”
Please explain how that makes any sense when I was told there was no manager available that night and was instructed to call back later.
To make matters worse, my entire household became sick after eating this food. This was not a minor mistake serving raw chicken is dangerous and unacceptable.
The lack of accountability, poor communication, and refusal to issue a refund after serving unsafe food is extremely concerning. I expected much better handling of a serious food safety issue. So once again CICIS I don’t want your food I want my MONEY back! I highly do not recommend getting food here it’s run down

I had a very bad experience today had to contact the corporate office unprofessional workers they had in front working, rude hateful people,place not being busy it took them over 45 minutes to redo the wings I had ordered check your order before you leave the facility it will save you time and a headache.before covered in oil and the after with correct sauce.

Service was definitely friendly and efficient but I’m unsure if it was too busy and the cutter didn’t clean the dish in use or if the brownies are uncooked - the light like dough or goo in between the slices was too gross for me to find out.
The pizza was GREAT as always ! The famous cicis recipe lol can’t mess up on that . It does look greasy upon appearance but the feel and taste isn’t all greasy …… just wished the treats turned out better

Multiple times cicis in Joshua has messed an order up. Between pizza with no sauce or a burnt pizza. The inside of the store looks like no one cleans it. Smells like a litter box all the time
The employees at this Cici’s keep a cat inside. And my family memeber found a hair in their pizza😡 their response was “the cat in not near where they make the pizzas” but it was sitting kñnear the frigde where they keep drinks!!! Who ever owns this place should be aware this disguisting place.

This review is more so for the service and not the food itself. We have never had any problems with our orders or anything like that which is great but sometimes I have to call 6 times because someone picks up the phone and hangs it up multiple times. Then when they answer they just say "hello" like I'm calling someone's cellphone. I asked If this is cicis they said yeah. I get it, they are young kids who work there but geeze they need to be trained on how to use their phone. It's super annoying.
I heard they got them tunnels underneath the toilet of the womens bathroom, and they go all the way to Korea and also to the moon. I heard theres an Arby's in these tunnels too, but honestly I think that detail is just a rumor from whackjob conspiracy theorists. I had a dream one night that I was fishing, only the water of the lake was all poptarts, and my boat was a giant bird, and I was a young version of Steve Harvey. When is the world gonna wake up?! I cant even tie my shoes without being accosted by state officials..... Cicis is a good bang for your buck. I prefer them over lil ceasars sometimes, and this location is always tidy and prompt in churning out those piping hot pizzas. Their apple pie style pizza (err whatever they call that) has been a favorite of mine for decades, literally. If you go dressed aa a commando on the 5th wednesday of any month, you get 2% off a medium sausage pizza. I cant please my wife.
