Yikes! Went to the drive thru and was handed drinks that were not marked and then they told us we had to try them all to figure it out ourselves. Was asked to pull around and waited outside for 15 minutes for 1 Happy Meal that the staff completely forgot about. Order was wrong again and when we had to walk in and asked to speak to the manager, since our food was now cold, the staff was rude and threw their hands in the air and stomped off. Manager did not care about customer service...sad. I will be driving through traffic to get to the other McDonalds from now on. This one is NOT worth it.

The last 3 visits, they have left the sweet and sour sauce out of my order. If you can’t keep up with something simple like this, you need to close your doors and quit committing fraud. Horrible franchise owner needs to lose any and all franchises they own. Worthless management doesn’t keep anything working, and that only happens because of bad ownership.
