Waited an hour for our order. Multiple others over an hour. Multiple refunds had to be given. Poor guys working had zero leadership or direction. This was Easter 2024. I watched alot of orders being thrown away drinks thrown away to be remade 3 or more times.
I was very pleased with the service at this location. I walked it the dining area was clean the tables were all wiped down the cashier was friendly they brought my food out to table and thanked me for being a valued customer the waiter should have been tipped best visit to a McDonald's yet!Parking: The drive thru and mobile orders are on the east side of buildingWheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp to front door.There are wheelchair access to the sitting

I waited for them to assist me through the car service, 2 combo order Crispi sandwich with potatoes, pay for the drive to my house, when I open. What I ordered they gave me a sandwich both bread and chicken without anything. It was more difficult for me to return to the store again and demand the order. At this particular McDonald’s I get food and drinks all the time there, This is the third time the same manager has literally asked me is that your food ? honestly, it pissed me off I looked at her and said yes it is mine ? It has my name on it. And I thought it was very unprofessional of her, looking at me laughing, and then turned around and laughed at her coworkers. Very rude and very disrespectful. I will probably never go to that McDonald’s again if she’s going to be like that, she does not need to be a manager at that McDonald’s. I have never had issues with this McDonald’s. I don’t know the managers name I don’t even care to know her name, but she is tall, slender, brown hair, and has tattoos.
