My husband and I went to this location on Sunday Nov 24 around 1pm. There were only two other customers in the store. We ordered a venti peppermint white chocolate mocha, hot and the new drink, Cran-merry orange refesher. We very specifically repeated both drinks to the cashier. And this person had the personality of a board. She was either getting off her shift and didn't care or that was her normal everyday attitude. Needless to say, both drinks were made incorrectly. The peppermint mocha was made cold and the cran-merry was made with coconut milk. When we told the staff of the errors, all three gave us attitudes. And they proceeded to make the drinks wrong, again. When advised of the error, again, the staff rolled eyes, threw the drinks in the trash when my husband suggested they give them to someone else for free and proceeded to show more poor attitude while remaking our drinks.

The manager Marcos is constantly discriminating against me for my physical disabilities. He is also extremely rude to customers and will talk badly about customers behind their backs. I am a regular at this starbucks and have been for over a year now of nearly daily visits to this exact store and the way this man behaves appalls me. I have never met someone so entitled, so rude, and so holier-than-thou than the manager of this store. Do not waste your money at this store if you want a manager you can trust.
Edit: it was brought to my attention that this exact employee, Marcos, saw my review and then proceeded to stalk my Google reviews to find out my identity. This makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Something needs to be done about this, it is unacceptable behavior from any employee, let alone for Starbuck's high customer service standards.

I LOVEEEEEE coming to this location! Literally the best location to go to. I Always walk I'm and they are all happy greeting their customers, my order is always ready by the time I get there and they always get it correctly. I appreciate all the employees working super hard and having such amazing customer service.

I goto starbucks everyday. Today I had to leave without my already paid for coffee because I waited 11 minutes with 5 employees and no one inside and two cars in drive thru when i ordered but then they made 3 drive thru orders while I was waiting - it was a simple cold brew do better people .

Don't know why they this showed up. All coffee? I did try their hot chocolate once when my daughter stopped at the drive through. They said it had no coffee in it, but it must have absorbed the smell; and since I can't stand the smell of coffee either it was no bueno
Came in for an afternoon caffeine boost and ended up being corrected on how we ordered. One was kind enough to just fix it and the other gave a school lesson.

3rd day in a row they are not open and they stare at you from there cars! Most unprofessional Starbucks I have ever been to. No sign drive there and Mobil orders open while they are closed !
Very good but if you've got the money
