Ordered the fish plate and there was a some sort of worm in it, assuming it was a take worm. Boss disappeared when we let the waitress know what was going on. Waitress was nice.

The food is good. It's probably not worth the price, though. It's expensive to eat there.

I ordered the French dip sandwich it was ok but the dip was way too salty for me. For appetizers I ordered the jalapeño poppers.

You won’t find another joint that has 10/10 food and 10/10 servers. I’ve never had a bad meal. It’s genuine good home cooking with staff who makes you feel welcome. Brickhouse is our #1 in JoCo. Keep doing what you know is great.

Was here on Saturday evening for dinner. There was a family sitting at the first table in the dining area with a young boy who started throwing up. His mom walked him outside as that was closer than the restroom. The other lady at the table grabbed a napkin and wiped at it however not all was cleaned from the floor. The mom brought the boy back in, arranged a chair for him to lay in with his head in her lap while they carried on with their meal. We asked our waitress if someone was going to come clean that up, to which no one ever did. Even after the family left there was nothing done to sanitize where the sick child had thrown up. In my opinion, first the family should have left when the child threw up, second when they didn't on their own accord, management should have asked them to leave. We won't be back.

We were in town for our nephew's Fire Academy graduation. La Mesa refused to seat our party of 12. ( They refused to divide us and seat 3 parties of 4 as well)Went down the way to The Brickhouse Grill where the manager not only opened the door to welcome us in, but personally served our party. Food was fast, hot, and very tasty. You cannot go wrong with this establishment. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you Brickhouse Grill!!

We love the Brickhouse. We have been there, with children and only adults, on multiple occasions. Staff are always extremely present and the atmosphere is fun too. Food is always yummy.

Probably the worst food I have ever had. Everything is definitely frozen.Queso was good and the steak. Spicy chicken sandwich thin and soggy, fish was nasty and muddy, fries burnt, okra freezer burnt, poppers just filled with cream cheese, walamrt special. Will not be back.

This was an absolute joke. Im sorry but, I can not believe this place is still open. Prices were out of this world, service was slow and food was horrific. And Im actually being nice. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant. They brought my sister n law a chicken fried steak that was burnt and the servers response was "well the reason it taste burnt is because they cooked it in old oil." What? Are u kidding me? Do not recommend.
