Made me and my buddies wait outside for his own baby shower, no effort went into anything. Planning was terrible and they didn't try and help in any way

Paid a good amount of money to hold our baby shower here. Scheduled this 3 months prior while actively discussing expectations. Guests began arriving by 2:45 we weren't able to get inside the building until around 3:10 due to them not starting to decorate until about 2:30. We gave them a headcount of 40 people, 26 showed, not only did they use red solo cups for the milkshakes they ran out of EVERY flavor except one, some people didn't even get milk shakes. They gave us 2 inch tall styrofoam cups for the fountain drinks, the charcuterie board was meant to be all croissant roll sandwiches, it was not and we also ran out of sandwiches by the time the final guests had arrived. For the price that was paid, without the good friends we were around, the experience was less than a 1 star if I could give it. I would certainly never do this again at this place, it was an absolute joke and astonishing they could charge the outrageous amount they did for basically an empty warehouse with some sandwiches on a table. Do NOT go here for any events, plenty of other cheaper and better places.

I love their chicken salad stuffed Avocado...but seems like the Avocado is getting smaller and smaller for the price. I placed a to go order trying to support the local places.
I had a quick response and I appreciated the call!

I gave the place 2 stars because I was really craving a salad, as I am pregnant and it just wasn’t good. I ate it of course bc I was starving. I got the chef salad which is supposed to come with hard boiled eggs and bacon. I’m pretty sure that they only gave me one egg and that’s my only reason for ordering this salad! I want the egg. ? and there wasn’t any bacon… I didn’t want to stress out the server so I didn’t say anything. He was great. Plus, the salad was room temperature. The entire salad..even the ranch?? That just didn’t sit right with me.

We love to eat local and have tried this place three times now. Wanted to wait to post a review out of fairness as the first two visits were not good. The meat uses for the sandwiches is low quality. It’s like the meat sold in big tubs from Brookshires. For the price, I expect a good quality deli meat. Service is always slow, but the waitresses have always been polite and helpful. I really wanted to love this place but will stick with Stone Soup in Burleson for soup and sandwiches.

Do not spend the money!! So I love supporting small local businesses but we will not be coming back. Cute atmosphere and friendly people BUT...... It took over 30 minutes to get our food for sandwiches, chips and a cold baked potatoe. Had to ask to warm up the cheese and potatoe. We were the only ones there for lunch. Then another couple came in and took precedence over us. Our sandwiches were typical homemade bread and hardly anything inside. The shakes were chunky and in small mason jars. I paid $44 for 2 people and tip. I'm just not sure local is better these days. I did give our waitress feedback but I can't see spending the time and money again.

I’m shocked by seeing all these high reviews since when I entered the place close to the lunch hour the place was nearly empty which says it all. Against my better judgment I decided to give it a try. I ordered a basic sandwich. 25 mins I finally got it and was delicious. It came with a side order of fries which consisted a small handful of shortened bottom of the bag fries. It’s definitely not ready for prime time. It’s not surprising the other nearby restaurants were busy. Facts don’t lie.
