Every time I go there is something wrong with my order. When I go back to get it corrected they look at me like im being irrational even though I come in very polite and patient. I don't make a scene because I know how easily one can make a mistake, but the service after something goes wrong was horrendous.

I had a great experience at the Dairy Queen in Jourdanton, Texas! My order came out fresh, except for the fries, which were a bit undercooked. I let the front team know, and they were incredibly kind and accommodating. They immediately offered to remake the fries fresh, and even gave me a $15 gift card for the inconvenience—such a thoughtful gesture! The second round of fries was hot, crispy, and absolutely delicious. The ice cream and crispy steak fingers we ordered were also spot-on and super tasty. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and it really felt like a major upgrade from how things had been in the past few months. Keep it up, DQ Jourdanton!

I come to the Jourdanton DQ often and use my coupons from the app. They told me today they do not take the coupons and I told him I was just there and yes they do. I felt bad for the young man because the supervisor on shift did not want to do her job. She even refused to come and tell me herself. I pulled up the participating locations on the DQ app and showed him. I hope she learns what her job entails and what they do and do not take for future orders. Take the few minutes out of your schedule to show the staff what do do. Very disappointing today!
