Messed up meal and gave me large fries instead of large jalitos, went back in line to get it fixed and when I left gave me a medium jalitos after charging for a large, didn’t even find it worth my time to go back a 3rd time to get the order correct, food isn’t bad but just hope they can get ur order right the 1st time, or 2nd time, if u got more patients than I do they might get it right the 3rd time

First time in a few I have gone and my blizzard was flipped upside down but why so suddenly no one was doing it before. So, the Dairy Queen on Fredericksburg Rd. , Callaghan Rd. all have the $7.00 ,but this one does strange. I'm angry my blizzard was not done correctly. And also I noticed a sign that prioritizes employees more than customers maybe they are important than those who wanna try their food. Who knows.

Cook/ Cashier Jamey is the worst. Doesn’t listen when taking orders. Then when I took my order back that is missing cheese. She aggressively added the cheese on my burgers and handed them back to another associate. We’ll definitely not return to this location in Jourdanton, Texas Also receipts says tell us how we are doing but no valid code to do servey.
Food was hot and fresh. The woman in the drive thru was polite and patient, and very knowledgeable of the menu. She answered all of my questions. Great experience.

DQ in Bandera was the BOMB back in the day, and sadly, once Penny retired it went down hill and fast. I am happy to report that I have recently visited twice and each time, the service and food was spectacular! Great job bring back the loyal DQ customers- we were a spoiled bunch and highly appreciate the level of service you are now providing.
