DQ in Bandera was the BOMB back in the day, and sadly, once Penny retired it went down hill and fast. I am happy to report that I have recently visited twice and each time, the service and food was spectacular! Great job bring back the loyal DQ customers- we were a spoiled bunch and highly appreciate the level of service you are now providing.

Every time I go there is something wrong with my order. When I go back to get it corrected they look at me like im being irrational even though I come in very polite and patient. I don't make a scene because I know how easily one can make a mistake, but the service after something goes wrong was horrendous.

I had a great experience at the Dairy Queen in Jourdanton, Texas! My order came out fresh, except for the fries, which were a bit undercooked. I let the front team know, and they were incredibly kind and accommodating. They immediately offered to remake the fries fresh, and even gave me a $15 gift card for the inconvenience—such a thoughtful gesture! The second round of fries was hot, crispy, and absolutely delicious. The ice cream and crispy steak fingers we ordered were also spot-on and super tasty. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and it really felt like a major upgrade from how things had been in the past few months. Keep it up, DQ Jourdanton!
