Ickiest place I’ve ever been too, the food was nasty.. the employees were RUDE. I don’t know if there’s been a recent change in management but this place is going to go up in flames. It’s so bad unfortunately I had to give a one star in order to make this review. If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD.. that’s how bad this Dairy Queen is. ?

Ordered a cheese burger and got home. No cheese. Called them and they basically called me a liar. Said I didn't ask for cheese.Told the order taker at least 3 times with cheese. They didn't make it right and left me with the wrong order. Incompetent people for sure. I would avoid this place.

Worst DQ in Atascosa county! Food is a disgrace , stale shells for the taco salad, dried up hamburger patty’s. Made us pay .31 cents for a cup of water.

A huge shout out to Dairy Queen golly I am from out of state and I came to visit family and I took them here to Jourdanton Dairy Queen huge koodos to the crew today next time I visit im coming here thank you ladies for all your help it’s a lot cleaner than anyone I’ve been to in my state great jobKid-friendliness: The staff engaged with all of my family even took the order of my grandchildren while being patient with her thank you once again

I tried dairy queen in jourdanton after waiting 6 months .got tacos just a few pieces of lettuce tiny sprinkle of cheese. No tomotos. Little girl short changed me. I have never seen it this bad. Does the manager know or even care? So sad won't go again.

This DQ always closes early and never gets the order correct. Today we came by and it wasn't even 6pm yet and they said the ice cream machine is down and it's cash only, anything to try and get customers to leave, it's like this all the time. We've all decided it's better to just drive the extra 5 mins to go Pleasanton

Today my daughter & I Came from out of town n walk in to order No one was in the lobby by noon looked closed and right a way a worker sitting down in the office I think she was the manager and said it's only to take out I was I just want to eat after a long drive those workers look so lazy they were doing nothing not even cooking what a shame!! I've been to other diary queen n I could smell the fries from out side but not this one then again I think that's why there were no customers not even in the drive Thur by this time customer are lining up but I will not be stopping at this location any longer smh Hopefully no one has this service and there was plenty of workers so they can't say not enough workers or that was too busy no one was no customers but the two of us .

Went in the lobby to order and the place looked dirty, had flies all over the place. We were told we couldn't eat dine in but there were families eating there. Cooks were taking there hats off and rubbing fixing their hair and still handling food. I will never go back best believe I will definitely pass the word about this.
