Arrived at subway. An employee ran to the store from her car as I parked to try to provide service for me. I wait for the lady to finish her conversation with another employee about how an employee wasn’t doing her job and I ordered Nachos which were proudly displayed on the promotional material on the counter. The lady said “I got you”, and went to the back. She came back out with another lady and apologized stating it was only her third day. Not a problem. They stated they couldn’t find the boxes for the nacho and I said “oh not a problem” ready to order something else. The other “experienced” lady then said here they are and held one up. I said wonderful. They add my toppings and proceed to toast the nachos. While these are toasting I ask for a chicken and cheese side kick. The new lady looked towards the more experienced lady who gestured towards the bread cabinet. They pull out a flatbread and proceed to make the chicken cheese roll up. I get to the register and the experienced lady says “we don’t sell nachos here” I gesture towards the sign and then towards the nachos saying it looks pretty good to me. She said she cannot charge me for the item and then takes them to the back. The new girl then rings up my sidekick to which the total was $15 dollars. Sidekick dippers are $3.99. At this point I’m so fed up, I pay the amount and leave with no Nachos and an overpriced cheese roll up. The receipt said I was charged for a deluxe artisan flatbread melt. They wasted a footlong of nachos that were already prepared and I left hungry. I will never eat here again.

i ordered a meal online to be delivered today and was VERY disappointed. the sandwich was not toasted and wasn’t made the way i asked. i also order 2 drinks because it shows them as a 20oz bottle, however i received ONE cup of watered down soda. when i tried calling several times-no one answers or returns the call when i leave a msg!! poor business!!

I've been to this Subway three times and every single time the sandwiches don't taste good and the service is bad. Today I was there at 11:40am and we asked the lady for some of the fresh bread and she told us no that she had to use the day old bread that you can obviously taste the difference and then the lady was just lost while making our two sandwiches. Then we get to the topping of building the sandwich and the lettuce is burn from it being to old to serve and the vegetables just looked old. Subway team please try a little harder and the stock truck can wait while you take care of your customers and make sure your serving good quality food and service.

We had a mobile order for 2 footlongs. Let me say this, yes, everyone has a bad day but what I picked up was downright horrible. One of the sandwiches, The Boss, was burned beyond belief. It was charred black all the way through. Out of the toppings we asked for only two jalapeños were on the sandwich. The other one, The Beast, was also burned and no toppings we asked for were on it, but we did one topping we didn't order. I mean come on, you don't have lettuce and tomato? Since this was a mobile order, I feel the worker didn't care how they came out because we were just going to pick up and leave. We I did pick them up Noone was in the store and the male worker was sitting down using his phone.

I had a really unpleasant experience at the Subway on zanderson ave recently. The manager with glasses was not only odd in her behavior but also had a noticeable and unpleasant smell. Her mannerisms were off-putting, and she seemed uninterested in helping. The whole experience was uncomfortable and not up to the usual Subway standards. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it really impacted my visit.

The Jourdanton Tx Subway, there service is so slow. I always leave for work in plenty of time to get a sandwich and be at work on time, but everytime I end up late. Suggestion: get more employees if your this busy at lunch.

My self and 3 other men were turned away after a male worker seemed to be having a panic attack waving his hands around and simply having a melt down. He then ran myself and the 3 other men out saying he ran out of meat. This made me feel down right unwelcome and due to the actions of this individual i will not be coming back to this location i felt as if i was more of a burden than a customer.

Conversations With the Curious

We are there on the 15th of march. The food was great and fresh and the 2 young ladies serving us were so nice! We drive a semi so subway is an easy stop for us! This one by far was the best!
