A typical very well stocked truck stop. Extremely clean & fresh smelling restroom. Friendly & helpful staff. Plenty of selection on the coffee front. If you're overnighting here, the noise from heavy big rig in/out traffic diminishes greatly by about 10:30 PM. Thereafter there was just an occasional hit during the night I stayed there. If you're looking for non-truck-stop food, there's a BBQ joint just down the road a spell, that's on my radar now for next time.

I pull up here daily cause I'm a delivery driver. The blonde cashier lady is rude every time I come here, I've heard other people mumble "****** when walking back to their trucks. And I'm pretty sure the maintenance guy is smoking the glass pp behind the building cause he goes back there every 5 minutes it seems.

One last stop for gas and restroom break at Pilot in Junction, TX, before arriving at my resort. This is a much bigger Pilot than the ones I've visited so far. Gas prices were great. Restrooms were clean as they usually are at Pilot. I also did a little perusing through the aisles to see if there were any fun plush toys. Indeed, I found 3 small squishmallows... peacock, butterfly, and bee... and bought all 3 of them. Hey, when something catches my eyes, I don't hesitate to buy unless there are so many good options, then it may get mind bottling as to which to choose. This was my 1st nonfood purchase on my TX road trip. All in all a wonderful stop. Happy Pilot'ing!

Good place to stop at for a travel spot. Stopped here on my way back from South Llano State Park. Good place to stop to get gas and something to drink. The customer service was good and the prices are reasonable.

I ordered a meatloaf plate with Mac & cheese and mashed potatoes at the buffet. The meatloaf sauce was so good that I ordered a small cup to smother the rest of my meatloaf with. I didn't ask what ingredients they used to make it but I'm a get em.

I love coming here there always so nice and friendly, i was having a bad day and as always I'm still nice and say hi to everyone, (i was raised right lol) i got my food and some water and i told guy hi and hope he was doing well and he smiled and told me i was the first person to ask how his day was going, he said thank you and told me my food was on him, and that made my day so much better, so glad there are amazing people in this world. Thank you man

Filled up our motorcoach a little while ago. I was confused by the instructions at the pump for DEF. So I had to make a trip inside. The cashier did not know how to handle it. But the manager was standing right there and knew perfectly how to assist me. Other than quite a bit of oil next to the diesel pumps, which you find at every truckstop, the facility was neat and clean. Pilot could do a better job on their pump instructions (e.g. am I reefer or tractor? Not a RV choice). if they want to attract occasional RVers like me, more plain English-not trucker slang would help us. But I am sure for regular customers they figure out the pump instructions and do just fine.
Terrible service, the lady will literally stand there and ignore you with her headphones in, and if your lucky, and are able to get her attention, she can't even answer any questions correctly, and has no idea what she is talking about, for instance, asked if she had any mini cinabons that there was none out on the shelf, and this is after standing there looking at her and trying to get her attention for the last three minutes mind you, well she looked up and gave me this look as if I was bothering her and replied back saying umm no we are out if they are not on the shelf, and went to if not o ng me again so I asked well what about those right in front of you, are they ready or what's the deal with them, she acted like ahe didnt even know they were there and said oh I guess I could give you some of those and I said I wanted a big box well it took her another 5 mins to finish whatever it was she was doing before she even started boxing them up for me, then basically threw them down and turned around and went on doing whatever she was doing, the cinabons though were delicious as alwaus, a hair over cooked but still okay.

Stopped about 1:30am. Husband went in first. Came out with a big bag of goodies. I went in and used the restroom. Store and restroom was very clean. Bought a drink. When I went back out to our truck I commented on how friendly everyone was even at that hour of the morning. Alex the cashier was particularly friendly and polite. My husband said the same thing. Alex suggested he buy another candy to get his soda free and told him the best price on cigarettes. Very good at his job! We both decided that was our go to stop on our travels through Junction.

I have stopped here a few time on motorcycle trips. Quick and easy to get in and out. The few times I have been here the store has been clean as well as the restrooms.
